From 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on December 15, 2023, the Jinsha Road Community Trust Property Promotion Plan Project - Trust Property Training Meeting, hosted by Jinsha Road Community and undertaken by Chengdu Zhile Property Service Social Enterprise, was successfully held at the Himalayan Hotel. The training session was delivered by Cui Yingjie, a consultant of Chengdu Community Xinyi Governance College, aiming to help residents in old courtyards understand the operation mode of trust property, improve residents' understanding and participation in property management, and further improve the level of community property services.
At the training meeting, Mr. Cui first gave a detailed explanation from the basic concepts, operation mode and advantages of trust property. Through examples and on-site interaction, residents can more intuitively understand the connotation and operation of trust property. Subsequently, Mr. Cui also conducted an in-depth study on how to choose the right property company, how to participate in property management, and how to protect his own rights and interests. 
During the training process, the residents actively participated and asked questions. They said that through this training, they not only had a clearer understanding of trust property, but also learned a lot of practical knowledge. The successful holding of the trust property training meeting marks an important step forward in the promotion of the trust system in the Jinsha Road community. We believe that with the joint efforts of the community and residents, we will create a better living environment.
