Third, the working principle

1. Mechanical reaction pool: The mechanical reaction is to use the motor deceleration device to drive the agitator to stir the water, divide the pool into three grids, and install a stirrer in each grid, in order to adapt to the formation of the floc from large to small, the stirring intensity in the first grid is the largest, and then gradually decreases.

2. Inclined plate (inclined tube) sedimentation tank: It is an efficient sedimentation method due to improving hydraulic conditions and increasing the sedimentation area. Commonly used reversible flow inclined plate (inclined pipe) sedimentation tank, the water flow in the reaction tank has become floc, enters from the lower water distribution area of the pool, passes through the inclined pipe area from bottom to top, the sedimentation particles sink on the inclined pipe, and then slides down along the inclined pipe, because the water flow direction is opposite to the sludge flow direction, so it is called anisotropic flow. Clear water enters the sump through the upper part of the pool and flows to the outside of the pool.
