However, in the process of lithium battery work, whether it is charging or discharging, a large amount of heat energy will be generated, which requires timely heat dissipation and cooling treatment of lithium batteries, if not timely and effective treatment, then it will be because the battery temperature is too high, the safety, life, performance of the battery, etc., will even produce spontaneous combustion, ** and other accidents. Taking our common new energy vehicles as an example, according to statistics, the spontaneous combustion of vehicles caused by battery failure of new energy vehicles accounts for about 50%, and the overheating of battery cells is the main reason for spontaneous combustion of batteries.
