In order to adapt to the new requirements of the development of grain storage management and continuously improve the standardized management level of municipal grain reserve storage enterprises, on December 13, the Municipal Grain Reserve Management Center organized a total of 60 comrades from the city's 16 storage enterprise management personnel and relevant business personnel of the center to go to the Weinan Gaotian Warehouse and Xi'an Directly Affiliated Warehouse to observe and exchange, focusing on the standardized management of grain reserves and the management of enterprise safety production.
The trainees successively visited the "Hongqi Warehouse" of Weinan Gaotian Warehouse, the one-stop service center, the application display area of the "Three Smalls" innovation project (mobile grain dispensing platform for grain doors, multi-functional emergency mobile vehicles, mobile gantry), machinery warehouses and raw grain square silos, silo work towers, nitrogen machine rooms, miniature fire stations, inspection rooms, etc. Conscientiously understand the whole process of grain quantity and quality control such as grain storage registration, inspection and inspection, grain storage management, and safe production, and learn more about the application of grain storage technology such as internal circulation temperature control, nitrogen controlled atmosphere, grain storage pest protection, and new thermal insulation materials.
In the enterprise safety culture exhibition area, we deeply studied the important expositions of the general secretary of Xi on safety production, and listened to the introduction of the company's "eight ones" safety production responsibility system and implementation experience. In the corporate culture exhibition area, through learning and Xi the spirit of grain storage of "rather sweating a thousand drops of sweat than destroying a grain of grain", we can understand the development process of the enterprise. At the same time, the trainees also visited the company's "party building + project + position" column to learn Xi experience of enterprises in strengthening party building to lead innovation and development and the creation of "one excellent and four strong" red flag party branches.
After the observation and Xi, the participating enterprises demonstrated the construction and application of the "intelligent grain depot" directly under the Xi'an warehouse of China Grain Reserve, and discussed and exchanged views with the leaders of the depot on the standardized management of grain reserves, enterprise safety management, exchanges and cooperation between the central and local governments, and enterprise innovation and development.
Through the training, the management personnel of the city's grain reserve and storage enterprises learned the advanced management experience of Xi state-owned grain enterprises on the spot, and personally felt the responsibility of the central enterprises that guard the "granary of a big country", which further enhanced the awareness of safe grain storage and laid a good foundation for the continuous innovation and development of grain enterprises in the city and the work of high-quality grain storage.
