Characteristics and applications of centrifugal boiler feed pumps, condensate pumps and thermal circulating water pumps:
The centrifugal boiler feed pump is a professional pump for boiler feed water, which can also transport general clean water. Its structure is a segmented multistage centrifugal pump. The boiler feed pump does not require much head, but the flow rate varies with the boiler load. According to the different working pressure of the pump, it can be divided into three types: low pressure (0 <5MPa), medium pressure (5 10MPa) and high pressure (more than 10MPa). Generally, the temperature of the medium pressure and low pressure boiler feed pump does not exceed 110.
The centrifugal condensate pump is a pump specially used for transporting condensate after steam cooling, and is a special pump for power plants, which is mostly used to transport the condensate gathered in the condenser. Due to the high vacuum inside the condenser, high cavitation performance is required.
Thermal circulating water pumps, mainly used in chemical, rubber, power station and metallurgical industries, convey 100 to 250 high-pressure hot water, but the head of the pump is generally not high. Its structural form is single-stage centrifugation, the material requirements of the parts are higher than that of the general centrifugal pump, the pump casing is thicker, and the shaft sealing device is sealed with floating ring. The bearing and shaft seal device are provided with a cooling chamber on the outside, which is cooled by cold water.
