A farm household biogas bag is a device used to store and utilize biogas, which can convert the waste generated by the farm into renewable energy. The following is a brief introduction to the use of domestic biogas bags in farms.
Install the biogas bag.
First, choose a suitable location to install the biogas bag. This location should be kept away from fire and flammable materials, while also being convenient for routine maintenance and operation. Then, unfold the bag and lay it flat on the ground, making sure there are no sharp objects or sharp edges. Finally, ropes or other fixtures are used to secure the bag to the ground to ensure its stability.
2.Connect the biogas digester to the biogas bag.
The waste from the farm is transported to the biogas digesters, where the biogas produced by the fermentation is transported to the biogas bags for storage. In order to connect the digester to the biogas bag, a pipe needs to be installed. First, a valve is installed at the outlet of the digester, and then a length of pipe of suitable length is connected to the air inlet of the biogas bag. Make sure the pipes are tightly connected and that there are no leaks.
3.Capture and storage of biogas.
When the waste enters the digester, the gas is piped into a biogas bag for storage. Before storing the biogas, the air in the biogas bag needs to be exhausted. Open the exhaust valve on the biogas bag and let the air in it drain naturally. When the biogas bag is filled with biogas, close the exhaust valve to ensure that the biogas does not leak.
4.Use biogas.
The stored biogas can be used for cooking, heating, power generation, etc. Before using biogas, it is necessary to connect the biogas bag to the equipment used. For example, if you want to use biogas for cooking, you can use a hose to connect the biogas bag to the stovetop. Make sure the connection is tight and that there are no leaks. Then, open the valve on the biogas bag and the biogas will flow through the pipes into the stove, where it can be ignited for cooking.
5.Regular maintenance.
In order to ensure the proper use of the biogas bag and prolong its life, regular maintenance is required. First, inspect the valves, pipes, and connections on the biogas bag for leaks or damage. If any problems are found, they need to be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. Secondly, the debris and sediment inside the biogas bag should be cleaned regularly to maintain its patency and efficiency. Finally, regularly check that the fixtures of the biogas bag are secure, and if they are found to be loose or broken, they need to be repaired or replaced.
