Last week just finished interviewing for two expatriate programs. Today, I'm going to share with you a review of the project.
The project was approved on November 10, and we conducted three rounds of online consultations in the early stage, mainly focusing on the safety of the project and the adaptability of the position. After the basic information of the project was determined, we publicized it nationwide, as well as in the circle of Chinese teachers in Japan, South Korea, Myanmar, Cambodia, Canada and other countries.
The project attracted many excellent Chinese teachers to participate, but due to the tight schedule, many teachers had not yet expired their contracts, so they missed this opportunity.
The two teachers who were finally selected finally got the offer with excellent performance after a round of basic information Q&A and job information introduction, as well as a trial lecture and a Q&A session on teaching content in the second round of interviews. In this process, we were deeply impressed by the Chinese Language Xi Center's control of the selection of Chinese teachers and the professionalism of the Chinese teachers.
In the whole process of the project, all links were orderly, and all the selection work was completed within one month, and we carried out meticulous control and active participation in each link, and accumulated first-hand information about the selection of Chinese teachers to teach overseas, which also provided valuable information for projects in other countries in the later stage.
