Recently, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced the list of typical experiences of national cultural and tourism standardization demonstration, recommended by the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Lijiang Yulong Snow Mountain Provincial Tourism Development Zone Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Yulong Snow Mountain Management Committee") declared the "multi-directional progress to promote the construction of the standard system, to achieve the double promotion of scenic spot management and service" project was selected.
According to reports, in March 2012, the Yulong Snow Mountain Management Committee was listed as the first batch of tourism standardization demonstration units in the country. In the process of more than 10 years of standardization construction, the Yulong Snow Mountain Management Committee has gradually explored the "Yulong Snow Mountain Model" of tourism standardization of "cultural and tourism integration, host and guest sharing, industrial upgrading, global development, and outstanding benefits", and has established and improved 13 sets of standardization systems and formulated nearly 2,000 enterprise standards. At the same time, the development of the Yulong Snow Mountain standardized management system, the integration of cultural tourism digital standard library, to empower the enterprise of the whole post, the whole process, the whole staff of the standardized management. Compile standard cards and standard manuals, clarify the workflow of 455 positions in the scenic spot, standardize the management of 449 service processes and service items, and produce and launch the "real map standardization demonstration" of the tourist service process.
The Yulong Snow Mountain Management Committee has complete tourism enterprise standards, complete enterprise management standards, clear service process standards, perfect post specification standards and meticulous quality feedback processing standard system, so that scenic enterprises and practitioners have realized the transformation from relying on experience management to relying on rule management. There are standards for each link of service, there are standards for management, there are standards for the process to follow, the standardization, standardization and scientific management level of the entire scenic spot have been further improved, the complaint rate of tourism service quality has dropped significantly, and the satisfaction with complaint handling is more than 95%.
It is reported that since 1995, the Yulong Snow Mountain Management Committee has been fully responsible for the overall planning, development management and ecological civilization protection of tourist attractions, and has successively completed the construction of high-quality scenic spots and tourism culture brands such as Ganhaizi, Glacier Park, Spruce Ping, Yak Ping, and "Impression Lijiang". At present, the Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area has developed into an eco-tourism scenic spot with the functions of ecological civilization construction, traditional culture protection, natural and cultural resources display, community participation and benefit, national unity demonstration, patriotism and environmental education.
