According to reports, Shanghai is also expected to issue a policy document on the pilot project in the near future, which has attracted a lot of attention.
It is necessary to reiterate that Shenzhen's "relaxation" is oriented to specialists, that is, in a special or specialized nursing field, expert clinics with a high level and expertise, which is equivalent to the "special forces" in the nursing team.
Starting from the specific medical treatment scenario, the "empowerment" of the specialty in a limited range actually has its rationality and positive significance:
From the perspective of professional ability, some senior specialists have rich experience in the front line, and their understanding of some diseases is not much worse than that of doctors, and the prescriptions for some common diseases are relatively fixed
From the perspective of medical efficiency, simple operations must also be ordered by doctors, which will undoubtedly increase the waiting time of patients;
From the perspective of industry development, appropriate decentralization not only shares the excessive pressure of doctors, but also helps to enhance the professional identity of the first class.
All of this can ultimately be boiled down to one point: to solve the problem of insufficient medical resources and improve the medical experience of the masses. This is undoubtedly in line with the general direction of deepening medical reform.
In fact, there have been calls for the opening of the right to prescribe for a long time.
