Teachers work with students, imperfect but more colorful beings, who are either full of thirst for knowledge or have infinite expectations for the future. For students who have gone astray, the attitudes and actions taken as teachers in moral education may affect the trajectory of these children's lives for the rest of their lives. Therefore, teachers should respect their students, and every student has infinite possibilities. The power of teachers is small but powerful. The Soviet pedagogue Zankov believed that the indispensable, if not almost the most important, quality of being a teacher is to love and respect students. When I first started working, my seniors said: Teaching is a job of conscience. Therefore, when working as a class teacher, it is necessary to carry out the "education of love" to the end.

Students are not deprived of the right to participate in extracurricular group activities.
