On December 15, the National Enterprise Culture Annual Conference (2023) hosted by the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association was held in Yibin, Sichuan. At the meeting, Hailiang Group's achievement of "building a solid foundation for the high-quality development of enterprises with integrity culture" won the "First Prize of 2022-2023 National Enterprise Culture Outstanding Achievement".
With the theme of "shaping excellent corporate culture and condensing the strength of enterprise development", this annual meeting aims to summarize and promote the successful experience of China's corporate culture construction, comprehensively promote the methods and paths of corporate culture construction, and lead and support the high-quality development of enterprises. More than 500 people, including leaders of relevant first-class departments and industry associations, representatives of outstanding entrepreneurs and leading enterprises in various industries across the country, and well-known corporate culture experts, attended the meeting to discuss the construction of corporate culture in the new era.
The "National Enterprise Culture Outstanding Achievements" selection activity is organized by the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association, which is the national 2009 announcement of the first clean-up standard evaluation and commendation activities to retain the project, and is also the only one of the national evaluation and commendation projects related to corporate culture, reflecting the latest achievements and development level of China's corporate culture construction, and has been widely recognized and responded to by the academic community, the business community and all walks of life.
