The 2024 full-team civilian written exam has ended, and the results are expected to be released at the end of January
Today I will share with you 5 precautions about interviews, which are also questions that everyone cares about a lot, let's take a look!
01. Is the interview format the same for all positions?
During the examination, the examiner mainly talks with the candidates face-to-face in the form of questions and answers, and makes corresponding evaluations of the candidates' relevant abilities and personality traits according to their words and behaviors. Faculty members, nursing, literature and art and other positions in colleges and universities also set up skill operation questions to test their actual teaching ability, nursing skills and cultural and sports talents.
02. Who is the interview examiner?
The interview examiners are all units in accordance with the standard conditions of "fair and decent, professional, experienced, and with high-level and intermediate professional and technical positions and staff of relevant business departments of the agency", and finally reviewed and determined by the agency, and notified the recruiting unit 3 days before the start of the interview.
The number of examiners in each interview and evaluation group is 5 to 9, and one-third of the employing unit, external experts, and agency personnel are each one-third, and one authoritative expert or unit leader is designated as the chief examiner. The examiner group adopts the form of "mix and match", and the unit and the candidate do not know who will be the examiner in advance, so as to avoid collusion and "greeting" between personnel from the same unit.
In addition, the organ appoints the staff of the cadre department to serve as the head of the examination team, the qualification examiner and the scorer, and appoints the staff of the discipline inspection department to serve as the supervisor, so as to form a whole-process supervision of the examiner's scoring.
03. How to arrange the interview exam?
In order to ensure that the recruitment interview is fair, open and impartial, relevant preparations have also been made in the equipment of the examination room. The interview and examination room is divided into the interview room and the candidate waiting room, both of which are closed management, and the waiting room is isolated from the main examination room to avoid contact between the candidates and the examiner, the examination personnel and the candidates at the end of the interview. The interview and examination room is also equipped with relevant electronic monitoring and signal shielding equipment, requiring the examiner not to consult or hint at each other when scoring, and the whole interview is filmed, and the relevant information is archived by the employing unit for future reference.
04. Can you say your name in the interview self-introduction?
Military civilian interviews are organized and carried out in accordance with strict procedures, and generally speaking, the units that require self-introduction do not allow candidates to say their names, which is also a common practice for interviews. However, there are also some units that specifically state that candidates need to say their name, age and other true information when they introduce themselves during the interview, so candidates need to listen to the examiner's requirements in the interview self-introduction.
05. Will the interview results be announced on the spot?
The vast majority of the military civilian interview results are announced in the form of uniformly announcing the results online after the interview, and individual units will take the next candidate in the interview and examination room to give the score.
