In order to establish a reasonable and fair salary system to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, this system is specially formulated.
IISalary structure
1.Employee compensation is made up of four major components:
1) Fixed salary: including seniority salary, post salary and seniority salary;
2) Performance-based remuneration: including performance-based bonuses, sales commissions and other individual bonuses
3) Additional remuneration: including overtime pay and various allowances;
4) Welfare and remuneration: endowment insurance, medical insurance and other benefits;
2.Different types of personnel carry out different salary combinations according to the actual situation, see Annex 1 "Salary Composition Table of Various Personnel" for details.
IIIDescription of the remuneration structure
1.Fixed salary
1) Seniority payThe length of service is calculated from the date when the employee officially enters Henan Province Dinghe Real Estate, and the seniority salary is 50 yuan per month for each full year of service, which is calculated cumulatively.
2) Post salary.
a.There are seven categories of positions in the company: management grade, marketing grade, technical grade, development grade, financial grade, administrative personnel grade and service grade, with a total of 28 salary grades, each salary level is divided into 6 7 salary scales, see Appendix 2 "Dinghe Real Estate Post Salary Grade Table" for details.
b.The corresponding salary position of each position depends on the degree of support of the position for the company's strategy, the scope of work responsibility, workload, work difficulty, working environment, working hours, intensity, regularity, etc., and is determined with reference to the market level of the same position.
c.The salary bracket within the employee's corresponding salary scale represents the employee's competency for the position.
3) Seniority salary: Seniority salary is determined according to the employee's academic qualifications and professional titles (academic qualifications are subject to the graduation certificate recognized by the state, and professional titles are subject to the titles recognized by the state and hired by the company), and the company's administrative and personnel department will pay according to the following standards after receiving the relevant certificates of external employees:
a.Assistant accountant, assistant engineer, 100 yuan per month;
b.Intermediate engineer, intermediate accountant, 200 yuan per month;
c.National registered cost engineer, first-class constructor, 500 yuan per month;
d.National Registered Structural Engineer, Senior Accountant, 1000 yuan per month;
e.Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Agent, Senior Engineer, National Registered Architect, 2000 yuan.
In view of the fact that the company has considered the salary of the post when employing employees with such qualifications, the administrative and personnel department shall implement half of the above salary standard when receiving the relevant certificates of internal employees. Personnel whose certificates are not in the company are not entitled to seniority salary.
2.Pay for performance.
1) The performance bonus of management grade, technical grade, development grade, financial grade and administrative and personnel grade management grade employees is based on the fixed salary of employees, as detailed in the "Performance Management System of Henan Dinghe Real Estate".
2) The positions of marketing grade entitled to sales commission or signing fee are marketing director, sales manager, planner and real estate consultant, and the specific payment method is described in the "Salary Incentive System for Marketing Planners".
3) The annual bonus payment base for employees in the service grade shall be determined by the president's office of the company according to the company's efficiency in the current year.
4) Other individual bonuses (see "Reward and Punishment System" for details).
3.Additional compensation.
Overtime pay (monthly average working hours = 8 hours per day * number of working days specified by the company).

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, the number of overtime hours of employees should be strictly controlled within the scope of relevant national regulations. Due to work needs and with the consent of the employee, the overtime hours exceeding the above limit shall be compensated by arranging compensatory leave as far as possible. Overtime wages are not counted for employees at the vice president level and above, and overtime wages are not counted for overtime at the director and manager levels, except for overtime work on statutory holidays, overtime work at the rest of the time is not counted for overtime wages, and overtime work for grass-roots employees shall be implemented according to the above system standards.
2) Allowances.
a.Labor allowance: Employees working outdoors in the company are entitled to a heatstroke prevention and cooling allowance of 100 yuan per month (June, July and August each year), or the company will pay it in kind.
b.Full attendance allowance: that is, a full attendance bonus of 50 yuan per month.
c.Housing allowance: provided in the form of company dormitory.
d.Meal allowance: provided in the form of a staff canteen.
e.Transportation allowance: Employees who are unable to take the company's shuttle bus to and from work due to work needs will be given a one-way transportation allowance of 30 yuan per month.
f.Communication allowance: 50 yuan per month for employees, 100 yuan per month for managers, 200 yuan per month for directors, 300 yuan per month for vice presidents, and 500 yuan per month for presidents.
g.Vehicle allowance: 800 yuan per month for employees, 1,000 yuan for managers, 1,200 yuan for directors, 1,500 yuan for vice presidents, and 1,800 yuan for presidents.
4.Benefits, compensation.
1) Social insurance.
a.The company will handle basic pension and medical insurance for employees after they are regularized, and the specific expenses are detailed in the following table
b.The company can handle endowment insurance and medical insurance (including serious illness insurance) for employees at the vice president and above, and handle them according to the base of 4,000 yuan.
c.The company can handle endowment insurance and medical insurance (including serious illness insurance) for managers and director-level employees, and handle them at a base of 2,000 yuan.
d.The company can apply for endowment insurance and medical insurance (including serious illness insurance) for ordinary employees, and handle it according to the minimum payment base of the company's location.
e.The company can handle work-related injury insurance for the president, vice president of engineering, chief engineer, project department and chief engineer's office, and the payment base is consistent with the base of the employee's pension insurance.
f.The Ministry of Administration and Personnel is responsible for organizing and handling social insurance. Insurance-related materials are kept by the Administration and Personnel Department, and their medical insurance cards are kept and used by themselves. If there is a transferee, the administrative personnel department is responsible for handling the procedures such as suspension or transfer, and the relevant information can be handed over to me only after the resignation procedures and various expenses are settled.
2) Non-working employees will receive a congratulatory gift of 200 yuan for marriage and childbirth, and the company will give a condolence payment of 500 yuan to their immediate family members (parents, spouses, spouses, children) for the death of their immediate family members.
3) The company will issue a safe driving award of 1,800 yuan for half a year for drivers.
4) The company will distribute gifts worth 200 yuan to all employees during the Mid-Autumn Festival and Spring Festival.
5) The company will issue birthday gifts worth 100 yuan to employees who celebrate their birthdays.
6) The company organizes all employees to have a health examination for 1 time a year free of charge.
FourthSalary adjustment provisions
1.Employees who have held positions of the same rank in the company for two years and have achieved "good" or above in the assessment will have their salary increased by one salary scale.
2.For two consecutive years, he was rated as "Outstanding Employee of the Year" and "Outstanding Manager of the Year", and his salary was raised by one salary scale.
3.Employees who have achieved "excellent" assessment results for three consecutive quarters can raise their post salary by one salary scale after the company's research and decision and report to the chairman for approval.
4.Employees who have two quarterly assessment results of "unqualified" throughout the year may be reduced by one salary scale or dismissed after the company's research and decision.
5.If the position is adjusted, the salary scale of the post in the salary range of the position after the change is most similar to the original level.
6.Employees will adjust the salary level of their position within the salary range of their corresponding position, and will not adjust it after reaching the highest level of salary range of their position.
7.The company can make reasonable adjustments to the salary structure or salary level in a timely manner according to the competition situation in the industry and region and the overall efficiency of the enterprise.
8.The salary level adjustment of employees in each position shall be approved by the president and chairman of the company according to the process, and the approved adjustment plan and various salary payment plans shall be implemented by the administrative and personnel department.
FiveHow the amount of daily wages is calculated
Daily wage amount = standard salary amount for the month (number of days in the month - number of days of leave stipulated by the company).

Note: The salary scale of xx post is applicable to the staff of our company, and the non-staff shall implement 80% of the salary standard of this position.
