The company has established and improved the hidden danger management mechanism, highlighted the key points of protection, and optimized the operation mode. Closely track the cooling early warning information, increase the frequency of spot inspections in advance, and carry out 24-hour cold and freeze protection inspections for key equipment. The gas water sealing and drainage pipe in the chemical production area uses steam heating medium, and special personnel are arranged to use temperature measuring guns to regularly check the discharge of gas condensate. By manually adjusting the steam valve, the temperature of the exhaust pipe is kept above 40 degrees Celsius to ensure the stable delivery of coke oven gas. Realize that the equipment is managed, the hidden dangers are checked in time, and the rectification is not delayed, so as to ensure that the equipment is kept in normal operation at all times.
Continuously strengthen equipment management. The company has set up a joint inspection team to "take the pulse" of production equipment and conduct "consultations" for equipment that is prone to failure. Combined with the layout, structure and state of the equipment, the natural gas branch adopts double steam circulation insulation for all liquid discharge pipelines, which improves the insulation effect. The pipeline for transporting tar in the chemical production plant not only has insulation cotton materials, but also is equipped with a steam heating system. It is sent to the tar storage tank of the oil depot through the pipeline, and the temperature is kept at 70 degrees Celsius throughout the whole process, which improves the fluidity of the tar and ensures that the cold-proof and anti-freezing work is longitudinal to the end and horizontally to the edge.
Actively prepare cold and frost protection materials. Combined with the use of cold-proof and anti-freezing materials in various regions in previous years, the company conscientiously made a sufficient plan and collected and summarized the required "winter defense" materials in advance. Cold-proof and anti-freeze materials such as drains and heat-resistant hoses will be delivered to each unit in full. Tar pipelines, liquid alkali pipelines, oil washing pipelines, etc. are equipped with thermal insulation cotton materials to ensure that all kinds of winter prevention materials in the production area can be sufficient, received and used when needed.
