Hello!Thank you for your long-term use and recognition of the "Wuhua Culture Huimin Card", in order to bring you more and better experience, the "Wuhua Culture Huimin Card" will be revised and upgraded, the specific notice is as follows:
1. The online electronic card and offline physical card of the "Wuhua Culture Huimin Card" in 2023 will be discontinued on December 31, 2023.
2. From January 1, 2024, the "Wuhua Culture Huimin Card" system will be fully upgraded, and the "Wuhua Culture Huimin Card" will not be available during the upgrade period. After the upgrade and revision is completed, the "Wuhua Culture Huimin Card" will continue to be issued, so stay tuned for more exciting.

(1) Use of online electronic cards
1. Enter the Lexiang Wuhua platform and click "Login" to fill in the mobile phone number and password when registering2. After logging in, you can purchase eight subsidized products of Wenhui Card: theaters, courtyard dramas, bookstores, sports and fitness, hotel accommodation, cultural and creative products, intangible cultural heritage, leisure and entertainment;3. After the user buys and pays successfully, he can view the digital verification shortcode in the user's "personal center".4. Use this verification code to redeem the goods or services ordered online at the designated merchant5. Some products support online orders, mail and delivery services, pay attention to mail and store selection when purchasing;6. When purchasing, the part exceeding the subsidy amount shall be borne by the consumer;7. When consumers use Wenhui cards, different types of goods enjoy different subsidies.
(2) Use of offline physical cards1. The user holds a physical card and uses it at the enterprise that has settled in the "Wuhua Wenhui Card Platform".2. Provide the physical card code, and redeem the required products or services after verification by the enterprise;3. If the amount of goods purchased exceeds the subsidy amount, the cardholder shall pay the merchant the difference in cash4. The amount of the physical card can be deducted at one time, or it can be used in parts5. After the physical card quota is used up, you can use the physical card to purchase the product at the "discounted price" of the platform6. Instructions for using the card: (1) This card is anonymous and can be consumed in the designated Wenhui card enterprises(2) This card is not cashable, cannot be resold, lost and cannot be replaced;(3) This card must be consumed to take effect, and there is no limit to the number of consumptions, until the quota is used up(4) One card corresponds to one person only;(5) Physical card: 200 yuan each.
2. Tips
This year's "Wuhua Culture Huimin Card" will expire on December 31, 2023, and the overdue subsidy will be automatically cleared.
