At the event, Cao Yurui shared three **, corresponding to her three experiences - a member of the honor guard of the three services, a female coach of the flag-raiser of the Chengdu Universiade, and a master's student of the School of Marxism of East China Normal University.
These three experiences are summarized by her as "accidental". When she enlisted in the army at university, Cao Yurui wanted to serve in a difficult area the most, but because of her excellent comprehensive conditions, she was selected to join the honor guard of the three servicessigned up for the Chengdu Universiade volunteers, but became the coaches of the flag-raisers;Baoyan became the first batch of students in the national party affairs management. "A well-planned life is a kind of scenery, but these accidents also bring a lot of unexpected scenery. ”
On the other hand, these accidents have also brought her a lot of challenges. Cao Yurui recalled that when she participated in the training of the honor guard of the three services, whether it was in the midsummer with a surface temperature of 56 degrees or in the cold winter of about minus 10 degrees, she and her comrades-in-arms experienced it all.
Cao Yurui recalled, "When youth approached dreams, when practice turned into review, I realized that every step I have taken is called a dream." Especially every time she performs the task of a national honor guard, Cao Yurui can truly feel that her youth and the honor of the country are connected.
It is worth mentioning that in the two years of the honor guard of the three services, Cao Yurui has participated in the implementation of more than 30 national home diplomatic activities such as the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and the "Belt and Road" Forum for International Cooperation, and has been awarded for two consecutive years. It is precisely because of these rich experiences that Cao Yurui entered the field of vision of the Chengdu Universiade flag-raiser coach selection team, and completed 268 flag-raising tasks with 198 flag-raisers without errors.
I am very grateful to the organizing committee for their trust and support, which allowed me to continue to participate in and witness the Universiade as a training coach, which has become the most memorable experience for me in 2023. Cao Yurui told reporters.
