Since the launch of the "One Million Police into Ten Thousand Homes" activity, Zhanjiang Xu Wen** has made every effort to improve the rate of police sightings and management on the street. On December 15, the author learned from the Xuwen County Public Security Bureau that recently, the police of the Qianshan Police Station helped a lost elderly man find his family, and won praise and gratitude from the family.
At about 13 o'clock on December 5, the Qianshan Police Station received a report from the public that his 78-year-old mother was lost in Suntian Village, Qianshan Town. The old man was delirious when he disappeared, wearing a red plaid shirt and a white gauze wrap around his head.
After receiving the police, the people's auxiliary police immediately dispatched the police to search and rescue, and posted the information of the elderly to the WeChat groups of each village, hoping to obtain effective clues, and at the same time mobilized the nearby enthusiastic people to conduct a carpet search.
During the search in the nearby woods, some people's arms were scratched by tree branches, and blood blisters were ground out on the soles of people's feet. After 26 hours of unremitting efforts, they finally found the lost old man in the woods next to Suntian Village. The police immediately sent the old man home, and contacted the medical staff to check the old man's body.
Thank you so much for 26 hours and days to find my mother. I can't imagine what would happen without you. At the time of parting, the family members held the hands of the police officers tightly and thanked them repeatedly.
