Edit the category
Click this button to edit the default category name. When you create a new quality dashboard, select the one you want to evaluateName the project。When editing an existing quality dashboard, select a new name item to update the settings.

When CAE is selected in the Category field, the following objects appear in the drop-down menu:
Pressure drop of the plastic part
This refers to the pressure drop at the front end of the fluid during the molding process.
Runner pressure loss
This refers to the inevitable events that occur in every piping system due to friction, height changes, and turbulence caused by sudden changes in direction.
Maximum gate pressure
This refers to the maximum pressure of the gate during the filling process.
Maximum clamping force
This refers to the maximum force exerted by the clamping unit of the injection molding machine on the mold. In order for the mold to remain closed, the clamping force must be countered by the separation force caused by the molten plastic injected into the mold.
Cycle time
This refers to the total time spent to complete all the stages of the injection molding cycle.
Total deformation
This refers to the displacement vector relative to the coordinates of the model, taking into account all components in the x, y, and z directions on Cartesian coordinates.
xThe amount of shaft deformation
This refers to the change in position in the x-direction.
yThe amount of shaft deformation
This refers to the change in position in the y-direction.
zThe amount of shaft deformation
This refers to the change in position in the z-direction.

The actual value of the maximum clamping force( ton/ kn )
This refers to the actual maximum force exerted by the clamping unit of the injection molding machine on the mold. The unit of measurement can be tonnes or kilonewtons (kn).
The actual value of the maximum injection pressure(mpa/ bar/ psi)
This refers to the actual maximum force with which the molten plastic resin is pushed into the mold cavity. The unit of measurement can be megapascals (mpa), bar (bar), or pound-force per square inch (psi).
Cycle time
This refers to the total time spent to complete all the stages of the injection molding cycle.
User-defined( mold tryout )
This displays user-defined items. In additionOnly the user acknowledgement status is providedThe checkbox will appear inScope statusMiddle.

Scoping
When you create a new assessment dashboard, first select the half pie chart you want to use. Once the selection is completeTarget rangeThe field appears in the lower half of the window. When you want to edit an existing assessment dashboard, reselect a different half of the pie chart to change the settings.
The scope of user customization is open
Select this option to apply the self-defined scoping.

Target range
When you create a new assessment dashboard, you'll want to define it after you've selected the appropriate half pie chartExcellent and acceptableIf needed, poorThe range of values. This field is only available inScopingIt will not appear until the selection is complete. When you want to edit an existing evaluation dashboard, enter a different range of values to change the settings.
