Built in 1999, the Metallurgical Street Modern Garden Community consists of four districts: A, B, C and Building 1, with a total area of 1190,000 square meters, with a total of 45 houses and 7,507 residents in 2,530 households.
In 2020, in the process of renovating the old community, the modern garden community established and implemented the "six-party linkage" mechanism by building a consultation and discussion platform, which greatly enhanced the active awareness of the masses to participate in community governance. In the past two years, the community has held 92 councils and 61 consultations, responding to 79 residents' demands, with a public satisfaction rate of more than 95%.
