It didn't take long for him to receive a ** from a self-proclaimed intermediary company, who claimed to be mainly connected to Australia and New Zealand to work abroad. After learning that Li has been working as a chef, the other party immediately recommended a chef job in New Zealand and said that the monthly income can reach 3 yuan80,000 yuan.

At the same time, the other party said that the cost of going through the procedures for going abroad to work through them was 150,000 yuan, pay the registration fee of 2,000 yuan first, and then pay the balance 13 yuan, after 3 months abroad, it will be 1$5 will be refunded in full.

Li thought it was good, and scanned the code to pay the intermediary company a registration fee of 2,000 yuan. After the intermediary company sent Li an invitation letter and a written contract, he paid all the final payment. Since then, although Li has repeatedly urged him to go abroad to work, the other party has delayed for various reasons, and finally refused to refund the fee on the grounds of Li's own reasons. Only then did Li realize that he had been deceived, so he called the police.

After trial, the Chongchuan Court found that in 2022, Wang and Zhao found that the entire company was engaged in fraudulent activities of working abroad in other people's companies. In March 2023, the two resigned and registered and established a private entry and exit service***, knowing that the established company did not have the relevant entry and exit qualifications and was not able to help customers apply for labor visas, they placed advertisements on the short** platform. They use keywords such as "overseas labor" to attract traffic to obtain customer resources who are willing to work abroad, and then the salesman uses "low threshold", "high monthly salary" and "reimbursement of registration fees" to attract customers. They also fictitiously paid the registration fee to go to New Zealand, Australia and other places to work, and at the same time defrauded the victim of the deposit by fabricating reasons such as job shortage and need to make a reservation, and then defrauded the customer of the balance by forging invitation letters and other means.

After that, they delayed the customer on the grounds that the processing time had not expired, and refused to refund the fee on the grounds of the customer's own reasons.

From March 2 to April 18, 2023, Wang, Zhao and others used the company to recruit a number of employees to defraud 149 victims, including Li, of money totaling more than 1.18 million yuan in the name of helping customers handle overseas labor services.

The judge reminded that the worker should examine whether the overseas labor dispatch company has a foreign labor cooperation business qualification certificate and an overseas employment business license. Internet promotion platform enterprises shall follow the Advertising Law and other legal provisions to truly perform the main responsibility of advertisement publishers.
