Daikin (2023)-32 is located in Dongjiagou Street, Jinpu New District (JZXY4D2-01-05 parcel), and Daikin (2023)-32 is located in Dongjiagou Street, Jinpu New District, which is an industrial land covering an area of 50295. The other plots in the announcement are currently listed normally and will be traded on December 21 as scheduled.
This is the third unsold land auction in Dalian in December so far, and the first two are residential land.

The most concerned unsold plot in December is the demolition and surrounding renovation plot of Malan Brewery in Shahekou District, which was originally planned to enter the market on December 6, and the specific location of the plot is west of Malan South Street and north of Hongye Street, Malan Street, Hekou District, with a land area of 5248458. Zones A, B and D are residential areas, and C districts are educational land (kindergarten land), with a term of 70 years for urban residential land and 40 years for commercial use.
