Module 2: High-pressure ion exchange

Features:

The module can realize the pressurized ion exchange separation of typical metal ions, which is used to study its ion exchange efficiency and mechanism, and has the characteristics of adjustable pressure, easy operation, ion exchange tree agent can be filled according to needs, ion exchange column high pressure resistance and detachable, automatic cleaning, multi-column connection mode can be connected in series, parallel, forward and backlash, etc.

The high-pressure ion exchange module is used to realize the ion exchange separation of typical metal ions in the liquid phase, and the ion exchange efficiency and mechanism are studied based on this module. The operation process can be described as follows: the reaction solution is injected into the exchange column through the feed advection pump, the feed pressure is adjusted according to the actual reaction progress, the solution after the first stage of ion exchange is then injected into the second stage of the ion exchange column, and the solution after ion exchange is collected for concentration analysis, so as to obtain the exchange efficiency of metal ions at each stage, and the ion exchange resin is taken for analysis and characterization to obtain key information such as the composition, structural changes and binding forms of the resin before and after the reaction.
