On December 6, Zhang Feng, member of the Supervision and Judicial Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Zhong Xiangqian, director of the Judicial Division of the Supervision and Judicial Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Chen Zhengchun, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Li Wenguang, deputy secretary-general of the Municipal People's Congress, led the research team to Zhulin Town to carry out research activities on the implementation of people's livelihood projects.
The research team first came to the legal aid contact point in Longxi Village, inspected the office environment, functional layout and various systems on the wall of the contact point, and talked with the legal counsel and lawyers of Longxi Village to learn more about the legal consultation and legal aid services provided by Longxi Village to the public. Since the establishment of the contact point, Longxi Village has accepted and forwarded a total of 5 legal aid application materials, all of which have passed the legal aid review, carried out more than 30 legal consultation services, provided more than 20 legal services such as scrivener, and organized 3 legal publicity activities, constantly meeting the new needs and expectations of the masses for legal services, so that the masses can obtain legal protection "at their doorstep".
Subsequently, the research team came to the home of the people's congress deputies in Zhulin Town, and comprehensively understood the construction and operation of the people's congress deputies' home and the implementation of practical projects for people's livelihood through on-site inspection, access to information, and listening to reports, focusing on hardware construction, system construction, and activity development.
Zhang Feng highly affirmed the results of the legal aid work in Longxi Village at this stage, and fully recognized the implementation of the town's promotion of people's livelihood projects. He stressed that it is necessary to continue to give play to the role of legal aid in benefiting the people's livelihood, insist on providing assistance to the fullest, do good things well, do practical things, and earnestly protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties; It is necessary to strengthen the effective connection between legal aid and mediation and litigation, giving full play to the advantages of gathering information during consultation, promptly discovering contradictions, and making resolution work run through the entire process of assistance; It is necessary to treat every person who applies for assistance with enthusiasm and patience, and conscientiously do a good job of explaining to those who do not meet the conditions for assistance, accurately inform the masses of the appropriate channels for seeking help, and help the masses to rely on them
In the future, Zhulin Town will continue to increase the promotion of people's livelihood, pay attention to the work effect, adhere to the problem orientation, pay close attention to the people's urgency, hardship and hope, and accelerate the completion of people's livelihood shortcomings.
