Grand Prize Project "Reconfigurable Mechanism and Reconfigurable Robot".Under the guidance of Professor Dai Jiansheng of the School of Mechanical Engineering, it was jointly completed by Jia Aihu, Yang Shangkui, Guan Yuntao, etc., graduate students of our school. In view of the shortcomings of traditional rigid robots, such as poor flexibility and lack of adaptability, the project proposes a series of reconfigurable mechanisms and reconfigurable robots. The reconfigurable robot designed with the reconfigurable mechanism as the trunk can realize the degree of freedom of the mechanism through the change of the mechanism, realize the adjustment of its own posture for different environments, and improve its environmental adaptability, so as to realize the multi-function and multi-purpose of one machine. At the same time, a reconfigurable robot manufacturing scheme that can be quickly assembled and easily transported is proposed, which will make the reconfigurable robot have a wider range of application scenarios and complete complex work safely and reliably.
The first prize project is "Rigid-flexible Coupled Endoscopic Surgical Robot System for Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Gastrointestinal Cancer".Under the guidance of teachers Wang Kaifeng and Shi Chaoyang from the School of Mechanical Engineering, it was jointly completed by Song Dezhi, Li Jichen, Luo Xiangyu, Hao Jianxiong, Xu Yuhao and Hao Yupeng. In view of the design requirements of the gastrointestinal endoluminal surgical robot, such as flexible accessibility, rigid operation, full operation triangle and safe contact, the project innovatively proposes multi-degree-of-freedom flexible surgical instruments to enhance operational flexibility, develops a distal deployable continuous endoscopic arm to improve the surgical operation triangle, and constructs a flexible joint at the distal end of the fiber-gas hybrid driven variable-stiffness endoscope to realize its stiffness within a certain range of continuous variable adjustability, and finally forms a complete set of endoscopic surgical robot system. Relevant in vitro animal experiments have shown that the use of this system can effectively reduce the learning curve and operation difficulty of doctors, and improve the quality of surgery.
