Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office issued the "Notice on Determining the New Batch of National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises and Advantageous Enterprises in 2023 and Passing the Review".Fifteen enterprises in Bayannur City have been identified as national intellectual property advantage enterprises, ranking second in the region. Up to now, there are 17 national intellectual property advantage enterprises in Bayannur City, and the number of new additions has reached a record high. Since the beginning of this year, the Bayannur Municipal Market Supervision Bureau (Intellectual Property Office) has increased policy coordination support, closely combined with key work, guided and supported enterprises to effectively use intellectual property rights to improve their core competitiveness, promote high-quality development of the industry, and strongly support the construction of a strong city with intellectual property rights. 
One isIntensify publicity. Through newspapers and periodicals, financial enterprises, WeChat banners, exhibition boards, materials and other forms, from multiple angles to publicize the importance and inevitability of cultivating intellectual property advantage enterprises, intellectual property advantage enterprises are the market pass for enterprises to obtain honor, which can enhance the soft power of enterprise development and create an atmosphere of "I want to declare" to "I want to declare".
The second isStrengthen the sense of development. Actively carry out the cultivation of enterprises with intellectual property advantages, guide enterprises to establish the concept of "having intellectual property advantages, they have development advantages", give full play to their demonstration and driving role, further enhance their independent innovation capabilities and core competitiveness, promote technological innovation, form new products, new technologies and new industries, enhance the added value of products, and promote the quality improvement and development of enterprises.

Four areImplement a subsidy incentive policy. Make good use of the "Bayannur Intellectual Property Funding and Reward Measures", and provide financial incentives to enterprises that are determined to be national intellectual property advantages (demonstration) after 2021.
