In view of the fire in the accommodation area of a project site in Nansha District, Guangzhou, it is hoped that the "Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau" will also increase the publicity of electricity safety knowledge, convey "safety first" to everyone's mind, and popularize the following knowledge to the majority of people engaged in the construction industry
1. Electrician operators must hold valid certificates and be listed on the job
2. When entering the construction site, you must wear a safety helmet correctly
3. Operators must enter and exit the operation area from the safe passage;Operators must go up and down from the safety ladder, and it is forbidden to climb up and down;
4. All insulation and inspection tools should be properly kept, regularly inspected and verified, and other uses are prohibited
5. Embedded pipes, junction boxes and other parts that need to be welded must be trained.
6. The team leader should make a safety technical disclosure before the class and remind the precautions
7. When operating, it is necessary to strictly implement the electrical safety technical operation procedures and high-altitude operation procedures, and prohibit illegal operations.
8. The team leader conducts safety inspections in a timely manner, finds unsafe problems and rectifies them in time, and inspects the site after the shift.
9. Electric (gas) welder operators must hold valid certificates and be listed on the post;
10. The grounding or zero connection of the welding machine must be good, and the power supply disassembly and assembly must be carried out by an electricianIn the event of a thunderstorm, open-air operations should be stopped
11. The welding machine should be set up with a separate switch, and the switch should be set in the rainproof electric box, and the gloves should be worn for lateral operation when pulling and closing
12. When the welder operates, he should wear experienced insulated shoes, leather gloves and protective glasses
13. After the work is completed, cut off the power supply of the welding machine, check the work site, and confirm that there is no fire danger before leaving
14. During the operation, it is necessary to strictly implement the electrical safety technical operation procedures and the operation procedures for high-altitude operations, and prohibit illegal operations.
15. Ladders should be inspected when they are used. Anti-slip measures should be taken at the foot of the ladder, and it is strictly forbidden for two people to work on the same ladder. When a person is on a ladder, the ladder must not be moved. The angle between the ladder and the ground is 75 ° 5 °, and the ladder should be supervised when using the ladder at the passage. The lower end of the herringbone ladder between the two pieces should be tightened.
16. The diameter of the fire pipe is large and heavy, and the safety should be paid attention to when handling, and the rope lifting and protection measures that can bear the weight of the fire pipe should be taken when the vertical pipe is erected.
17. When using the pipe wrench, the force should not be too strong to prevent the pipe wrench from slipping and causing injury to the operator.
18. When using the threading machine, it should be run no-load first, inspected, adjusted, and operated normally before it can be operated.
19. According to the processing pipe, the plate tooth head and plate tooth are selected, and the wrench tooth should be included in order, and the oil lubrication plate tooth should be used during operation. When the length of the end face of the chuck is too long, the rear part should be used with an auxiliary bracket and the height should be adjusted. When the pipe warp or ovality of the workpiece is large, it must be fed twice. During the operation, the brush should be used to clear the cutting, and it should not be knocked off.
20. When removing grooves and punching holes, the hammer head shall not be loosened, the shovel shall be free of curling edges and cracks, and the operator must wear protective glasses. When the floor slab and brick wall are drilled through the eye, no one shall approach under the slab or behind the wall;
21. When using a handheld electric drill, the electric drill must have a reliable neutral line and repeated grounding, and the power cord must pass through the electric shock protector, which is sensitive and effective. It is not allowed to touch or press the power line by the ladder;
22. When the pipe is threaded, it is not allowed to call or blow on the nozzle to prevent the elastic hook of the wire. When threading the wire, it should cooperate with each other to prevent squeezing;
23. The embedded position of the pipe must be accurate and firmly tied
24. The installation of lighting lines is not allowed to pass or stack materials directly on the slatted ceiling or sound insulation board. When it is necessary to pass, scaffolding boards should be laid on the wooden square;
25. The bending of the manpower pipe bender should be selected to prevent slipping and falling, and the inside of the operation should be avoided. When the pipe is heated, no one should stand or pass in front of the nozzle;
26. It is forbidden to connect or cut off the power with load on the line, and it is forbidden to operate with electricity;
27. Before the equipment is effectively grounded, it is not allowed to be powered on.
Safety operating procedures for hand-held power tools
1. Class II hand-held power tools should be selected in general places, and the rated electric shock action current should not be greater than 15mA, and the rated action time should be less than 01S leakage protector. If Class I hand-held power tools are used, they must also be protected by zeroing. Operators must wear insulated gloves, wear insulated shoes, or stand on an insulated mat.
2. When operating in wet places or metal frames, Class II hand-held power tools must be selected, and splash-proof leakage protectors must be installed. The use of Class I hand-held power tools is strictly prohibited.
3. Class III hand-held power tools with isolation transformers should be used in narrow places (boilers, metal containers, trenches, pipelines, etc.).If a Class II hand-held power tool is used, a splash-proof leakage protector must be installed. The isolation transformer or leakage protector should be installed outside the narrow place, and someone should supervise it when working.
4. The load line of the hand-held power tool must be a weather-resistant rubber-sheathed copper-core flexible cable and must not have a joint. It is forbidden to use plastic flower thread.
5. The tools used with cutting tools should be kept sharp, intact, installed correctly, firm and reliable.
6. The use of grinding wheels should be checked between the soft cushion between the grinding wheel and the adapter plate and installed firmly, the nut should not be too tight, and the grinding wheel that is damp, deformed, cracked, broken, knocked on the edge notch or in contact with oil and alkali shall not be used, and the damp grinding wheel shall not be dried by itself.
7. When working in wet areas or in places with good conductivity such as metal frames, pressure vessels, pipelines, etc., double insulated or reinforced insulated power tools must be used.
8. Motors and electrical appliances with non-metallic shells should not be pressurized or damp during storage and use, and should not be exposed to solvents such as gasoline.
