The 2024 Fengxian Bay Forest Half Marathon will be held on January 1, 2024 in Shanghai Bay National Forest Park and surrounding roads. In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the event, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, it was decided to take temporary control measures in Shanghai Bay National Forest Park and surrounding roads, prohibiting pedestrians and vehicles unrelated to the activity
Some roads in the surrounding area are temporarily closed
1. Time and scope of traffic control
From 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on January 1, 2024, temporary traffic control will be implemented on Suitanghe Road (Hongzhu Highway to Liaoqin Highway Section), Fengmiao Highway (Fenggan Highway to Suitanghe Road Section), Sihai Road (Suitanghe Road to Coastal Embankment Section), Tuanjietang Road (Sihai Road to Shanghai Aquaculture *** Fengxian Branch), and Coastal Levee (Nanmen Port to Shanghai Aquaculture *** Fengxian Branch).
2. Specific control measures
During the temporary traffic control period, all motor vehicles, non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from entering the traffic control area except for the event work vehicles, police cars and ambulances performing tasks.
3. Temporary adjustment of bus routes
In conjunction with traffic control, temporary adjustment measures for bus routes will be implemented from 8:00 to 12:00 on January 1: vehicles departing from Haihai Road and Hainong Highway Station of Haiwan Line 3 will turn around and return after Liaoyuan Bridge Station on Liaoqin Highway, and vehicles departing from Luwu Highway Station of Xinyang Highway will be diverted to the east at the intersection of Suitanghe Highway and Wahong Highway to the intersection of Wusi Highway of Wahong Highway and then return to the east along the original line. The vehicle departing from Shenzhou Road Station of Fengcheng Line 3 drove to Wahong Highway and turned around at the intersection of Tanghe Road.
When the specific implementation, the public security traffic management department will be based on the actual situation of road traffic in the area, according to the situation in advance or postpone the traffic control time, expand or narrow the scope of traffic control. To this end, please actively cooperate with citizens and tourists, and at the same time forgive the inconvenience caused by travel.
