"10,000 Steps" is a brand project created by Shenzhen Health Education and Promotion Center (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Health Promotion Center"), and it is also one of the annual health activities of Shenzhen residents. This year's event was guided by the Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission, hosted by the Municipal Health Promotion Center, and co-organized by the Futian District Health Bureau, Meilin Sub-district Office, Meilin Park of the Municipal Park Management Center and health institutions in various districts, and was carried out in an "online + offline" manner. The 10th "10,000 Steps" hiking route has set up three check-in points along the way, and there is a game area where participants can "play and walk". After arriving at the finish line, participants will receive a commemorative plaque with the stamps they have collected at each check-in point. On the same day, there was also a professional health and physique testing area in the main venue of Meilin Park, where citizens could test their physical characteristics through instruments and carry out targeted exercises suitable for themselves. There is also a sports information desk at the event site to answer various questions encountered by citizens in sports.
The "66 Articles of Health Literacy of Chinese Citizens" advocates "active exercise of 6,000 to 10,000 steps a day" to maintain physical health.
