1. How to get a business name without a region
The upgrading and change of the name of a company without administrative division is approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation (often referred to as the name of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce). The conditions that need to be met for the national bureau to verify the name are: first, the registered capital needs to reach 50 million and above, and the subscription can be sufficient;Secondly, the company has shareholding enterprises in 2 (including) more than 2 provinces and cities, and the State Administration for Market Regulation will accept it only after the above 2 points are met
2. Conditions for the declaration of the name of the company without region
Enterprises operating across provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government may not include administrative divisions in their names. The specific declaration conditions mainly include the following two situations:
1. If the registered capital (or registered capital) of the newly established enterprise is not less than 50 million yuan (including 50 million), and the investor (if there are more than one investor, at least one investor) has established a subsidiary enterprise in two or more provinces (including Chongqing) (the subsidiary enterprise is wholly-owned, holding or shareholding, but excluding branches), it can apply for the name of the enterprise excluding administrative division.
2. If the name of the enterprise is to be changed, its registered capital (or registered capital) shall not be less than 50 million yuan (including 50 million), and the enterprise has established subsidiaries in two or more provinces (including Chongqing) (the subsidiary enterprise is wholly-owned, holding or shareholding, but excluding branches), it can declare the name of the enterprise without administrative division.
3. The basic process of declaring the name of the company without region:
1.Log in to the "Services" section of the navigation bar of the State Administration for Market Regulation and enter the "Online Service" column.
2.Select "Enterprise Name Declaration Service" to enter the "Enterprise Registration Online Registration and Declaration Service System".
3.If a new enterprise is established, select the "Individual User" method to log inIf you want to change the company name, select "Enterprise User" to log in. Fill in the user login information and confirm the login.
4.Select the type of enterprise name and domicile of the enterprise, fill in "Name Information", "Enterprise Information", "Investor Information", "Other Information" and upload relevant supporting materials.
After the information on the "Name Information" page is filled, the system will conduct a preliminary check on the filled in enterprise name, and if the check is passed, you can fill in "Enterprise Information".If the check fails, you need to adjust the name information until the check is passed.
5.Check the submissions. After filling in the information, click the [Next] button to submit the declaration.
6.Review feedback. Applicants can log in to the enterprise registration and declaration system and click [My Business Application] to view the feedback information of the application business review process. If the status of the application is "Returned for Revision", please make corrections according to the reasons for refusal. If the application status is "Successful", you can print the relevant documents.
