Yongsan Automobile, President of Singer Vehicle Design, a well-known American tuning manufacturer, recently participated in the 2024 Taipei New Car and New Energy Vehicle Special Exhibition, and exhibited the seventh Classic Study work Taiwan Commission, which was conceived and reborn by Singer and Chinese car owners in the early days of the brand's establishment. In terms of appearance, this Singer Classic Study is based on the 1991 Porsche 911 chassis with the model code 964, refurbished and restored and replaced with carbon fiber to create exterior sheet parts, wearing Singer Racing Silver paint, the appearance inherits the elegant and classic curves of the original car, and uses foge silver window frames with olive green Porsche lettering on the side of the car, which is quite elegant.
Inside, the entire cabin retains the classic elements of the Porsche 911, with olive green leather and suede with snowflake white stitching, and a lightweight carbon fibre racing chair with a checkered texture and brass rings.
The power part is equipped with 3The 8-litre air-cooled horizontal horizontal six-cylinder engine is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox, while the exposed aluminium fuel cap and side oil hole cap of the front compartment sheet metal parts** are equipped with Singer's signature design.
The first Classic Study was inspired by the air-cooled Porsche 911 of the 1970s, and the coupe version was unveiled at Monterey Car Week in 2009, followed by the new AWD all-wheel drive and Targa versions. Founded in Los Angeles in 2009, Singer Vehicle Design is named in honour of the late Porsche engineer Norbert Singer, founded by British singer-songwriter Rob Dickinson, who specializes in modifying and restoring Porsche 964 models.
