Precautions for entry
Customs Notice. Holders must undergo an iris scanning test (commonly known as iris scanning) when entering the country, and will be issued an entry permit after passing the test. After checking that the passport and entry visa are correct, the immigration control stamps the passport and then releases the person to the country. Before departure: must leave the UAE within the number of days specified in their visa, if the number of days allowed by the visa is exceeded, a fine of USD 28 will be imposed for more than 1 day;When leaving the country, you must fill in the exit card, hand it over to the exit office together with your passport, and after verification, stamp the exit stamp on the passport and release the exit.
Passengers are strictly prohibited from carrying drugs, pornographic books, VCDs, videotapes, painkillers and other contraband or items requiring special approval when entering the country.
According to customs regulations, inbound passengers can carry 2 bottles of liquor or 2 cases of beer, 400 cigarettes, 50 cigars, and 1 kg of tobacco per person duty-free. Passengers from cholera and contaminated areas are prohibited from bringing vegetables, fruits and cultured pearls. Passengers carrying large amounts of cash (more than US$10,000 or AED 40,000 equivalent) in and out of the country are required to declare.
The required documents must be provided when going through the customs import and export procedures: bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, import and export license, certificate of origin, copy of business license, letter of entrustment, tax payment receipt or tax exemption certificate.

In Muslim countries, it is especially important not to use the left hand to shake hands with people, and not to use the left hand to deliver things.
