Gao Jifeng, male, Han nationality, the word Zhongyun, the owner of Qiwu Pavilion. Born in Tongwei, Gansu Province in 1979, he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Longdong University in 2001. He is now a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Gansu Folk Literature and Art Association, the vice chairman of the Tongwei County Artists Association, and the executive director of the Tongwei County Education Calligraphy and Painting Association.
