Recently, the first large-scale cruise ship "Aida Modu" was officially named and delivered. As the chief underwriter of the construction insurance of the "Aida Modu", PICC property insurance has provided nearly 5.5 billion yuan of risk protection, which has promoted a major breakthrough in China's large-scale cruise construction insurance from scratch.
The completion of the "Aida Modu" is China's first domestically produced large cruise ship, and its completion marks that China has become one of the countries that can build aircraft carriers, large LNG carriers and large cruise ships at the same time.

PICC P&C is the chief underwriter of the world's first 630 ultra-supercritical secondary reheat national power demonstration project.
It is reported that the project has installed two 1 million kilowatt ultra-supercritical secondary reheat coal-fired power units, which are the single-shaft million kilowatt thermal power units with "the highest pressure, the highest temperature, the highest efficiency and the lowest coal consumption" in China.
PICC P&C is the chief underwriter of the Yongzhou High-speed Rail Jintang Submarine High-speed Rail Tunnel Project.
It is reported that the Jintang undersea high-speed rail tunnel connects Beilun District of Ningbo City and Dinghai Jintang Town of Zhoushan City, and will be the world's longest and highest undersea high-speed rail tunnel with the highest water pressure after completion. Previously, PICC Property Insurance had been the chief underwriter of the Yongzhou High-speed Railway's Xihuomen Highway and Railway Dual-purpose Bridge Project Insurance. So far, the two world-class projects of "one bridge and one tunnel", which are the most difficult to construct the Yongzhou high-speed railway, are underwritten by PICC P&C Insurance.
