In order to conscientiously implement the decision-making and deployment on building a data basic system to better play the role of data elements, and promote the development of data asset appraisal business in Jiangsu, recently, the Provincial Asset Appraisal Association held a special training course on data asset appraisal in the province's asset appraisal industry at Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Li Jianping, president of the Provincial Evaluation Association, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
Li Jianping pointed out that asset valuation is an indispensable part of data asset management, and data asset value evaluation will play an important role in the process of data assetization and the high-quality development of the digital economy. It is hoped that the asset appraisal institutions in the province will firmly grasp the new opportunity of "entering the table" of data assets, combine the knowledge they have learned with practical work, accelerate the research and development of data asset appraisal business, and promote the asset appraisal industry to better provide professional and high-quality services for all parties in the market in application scenarios such as data asset trading, capital contribution, and financing.
The training was entrusted to Shanghai National Accounting Institute to organize and carry out policy interpretation, and invited relevant experts in the field of data assets to interpret the policy, and carry out whole-process training on data asset registration, evaluation, transaction, and table entry, including the policy orientation and significance of enterprise data assets, enterprise data asset evaluation methods and cases, enterprise data table entry path, data table entry and data asset management system, etc. This training gave the participants a systematic understanding of the concept, background, entry and valuation of data assets from the perspectives of policy interpretation, academic research, intermediary services, and enterprise practice.
More than 110 people, including members of the special (industry) committees of the Fifth Council of the Provincial Assessment Association, chief appraisers of some institutions, and students of high-end classes in the industry, participated in the training.
