Thanks to the time node and unique location advantages, the Guangzhou Auto Show is not only the "final battle" of the domestic A-class auto show every year, but also regarded as the "wind vane" of the auto market in the coming year. At this year's Guangzhou Auto Show, intelligent-related products and technologies have become the protagonists of the stars and the moon, accounting for the C position in the major exhibitions.
As an important state-owned backbone enterprise directly managed, as well as the main force of China's industrial and electronic industry, the national team of the network information industry, and the national strategic scientific and technological force, China Electronics Technology Group (hereinafter referred to as "CETC") has a relatively complete scientific and technological innovation system in the field of electronic information, and occupies a leading position in technology in the fields of electronic equipment, network information system, industrial base, and network security.
At this auto show, CETC also brought a series of independent innovation technological achievements closely related to the automotive industry chain, including sophisticated self-developed chip products for intelligent networked vehicles, basic automotive software and controller products used in the fields of body, power, domain control, etc., which have attracted wide attention in the industry.

Sophisticated self-developed chips: help the transformation and upgrading of intelligent networking
With the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry to new energy and intelligent networking, the number of chips in the car continues to grow, and automotive chips have become an important cornerstone of the development of intelligent networked vehicles. Many key functions such as automotive power control, energy saving, safe driving, comfortable control, assisted driving, and network interconnection all rely on automotive chips to achieve.
In order to support the technological progress and industrialization development of China's automotive chips, and strive to achieve a rapid jump in the concentration and industrial competitiveness of the automotive chip industry, CETC has carried out the layout of the whole industrial chain from automotive chip design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, software, certification, materials, equipment and instruments, and its products cover power, sensing, analog, digital, communication and other categories, and provide diversified and systematic overall solutions for rapid development.
In terms of power chips, CETC exhibited independent 750V 1200V series SiC chips, which have been mass-produced and delivered 10 million units, and installed and applied millions of units. For the electric drive application of new energy vehicles, we have made breakthroughs in the key technologies of series module packaging, formed a professional production capacity of vehicle-grade modules, realized the development and batch production of nationally produced SiC power modules, and realized bench verification and on-board application of a series of full-SiC frame modules and plastic packaging modules in new energy vehicles.
In terms of sensor chips, inertial IMUs have achieved a total of one million in the world for the first time, built an annual production capacity of one million in December 2022, and passed the AEC-Q100 vehicle specification certification in March 2022A total of one million pressure chips have been delivered, and there are two automatic production lines for MEMS pressure sensors.
In terms of control chips, the MCU products developed by CETC have completed the design and promotion of more than 100 products based on ARM Cortex-M0, M3 and M4 cores. CKS32F103 and CKS32F407 series products have passed the AEC-Q100 vehicle specification certification, and have been selected as "China Chip" excellent technological innovation products, and have been supplied in batches in Dongfeng, SAIC, NIO and other independent brand models.
In terms of chip materials, CETC showcased 6-type products including 6 8-inch silicon epitaxy, 6-inch n-type silicon carbide ingot, substrate, epitaxy, and 8-inch n-type silicon carbide substrate. Among them, silicon epitaxial wafers are mainly used to produce various integrated circuit chips and semiconductor discrete devices, and are the basic materials of the semiconductor industry. Silicon carbide has superior properties such as high breakdown field strength, high thermal conductivity, high electron saturation rate, and high radiation resistance, and is widely used in new energy vehicles, power grids and other fields.
Automotive Basic Software Platform: Creating a digital foundation for smart cars
In the chain from chip to car, the operating system plays a role in connecting the underlying hardware equipment and the upper-level software application, which is the "soul" of the intelligent networked vehicle, and is an important part of the chip chain, ecological chain and industrial chain.
In the field of automotive software, CETC demonstrated the basic software platform for PwC vehicles, among which, PwC Lingzhi vehicle control operating system has been developed for nearly 15 years, and is the first domestic vehicle operating system equipped with large-scale mass production of domestic models, and the products adopt the international standard of AUTOSAR automotive open system architecture, strictly follow the ISO 26262 design and development requirements, and pass the ASIL Rheinland As of the end of 2022, more than 12 million sets of domestic and foreign brand cars have been mass-produced in more than 70% of domestic brand cars, which has been fully verified by the market, and has rich user cases and practical experience in products and services.
In the face of the technological development trend of vehicle electrification, intelligence and networking, CETC took the lead in launching PwC intelligent driving vehicle basic software products and automotive open system architecture vehicle software solutions, and opened source the PwC easyada security microkernel to the industry, and was the first to open source the PwC easyada security microkernel to the China National Association, China FAW, BAIC Research Institute, Geely Automobile, Li Auto, Xinchi, Horizon, etc. 21 We will carry out open source co-construction and cooperation, gather ecological synergy, create Chinese standards, build Chinese solutions for intelligent networked vehicle software systems, and support the rapid development of China's intelligent networked vehicle industry.
Electronic control system: professional solutions for automotive intelligence
In the field of automotive electronics, CETC is market-oriented, in accordance with the development trend of electronic and electrical architecture and the requirements of the "New Four Modernizations", and comprehensively lays out six major automotive electronic control systems. The exhibition site displayed chassis, body, power, vehicle, intelligent driving, cockpit networking and other system technology products.
On the body system, CETC mainly demonstrated a series of domain controllers such as body domain controllers, left and right area controllers, and first-class domain controllers, and the above-mentioned domain controllers adopt the AUTOSAR basic software platform independently developed by CETC, which is an important core component of the future intelligent networked vehicles, and has achieved large-scale mass production in Changan Automobile, FAW, Dongfeng Motor, Geely Automobile, China National Heavy Duty Truck, etc.
In terms of power system, CETC demonstrated the battery management system (BMS), on-board power supply DC DC, thermal management domain controller, the product uses the third-generation silicon carbide drive control technology, the input voltage range is wide, and it supports full coverage of 200 900VDCEfficiency up to 97%;Small size, long life, stable and reliable electrical performance, high protection level, widely used in the vehicle electronic control system.
In terms of vehicle system, CETC focused on the vehicle controller (VCU), which adopts the hardware solution based on the CKS32F407X automotive specification chip and the software system that meets the international standard of AUTOSAR automotive open system architecture, so as to realize the national production of software and hardware, and provide vehicle manufacturers with a general vehicle platform that can adapt to different application scenarios.
In terms of intelligent driving system, CETC demonstrated ultrasonic radar and millimeter-wave radar, which are mainly used in short-range and medium-distance ranging of automobile automatic driving, and have been mass-produced in many domestic models, with more than 5 million mass-produced.
In the cockpit network system, CETC displayed digital keys, network terminals (T-BOX) and other products. CETC is one of the first manufacturers in China to develop digital keys, and has completed the layout of the whole industrial chain from the vehicle end, cloud and APP end, mastered the core positioning and calibration algorithm, and has been widely used in FAW, Changan, Dongfeng and other OEMs, with mass production of more than 1 million sets. The vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal connects the cloud big data center and the user's mobile phone APP through 4G and 5G mobile communicationIt is connected to other Internet of Vehicles application terminals through a variety of wireless communication devices such as WiFi and Bluetooth. On this basis, it provides a series of Internet of Vehicles services such as vehicle condition data detection, abnormal alarm, remote vehicle control, and OTA software upgrade in the air, and can integrate gateway function, satellite call function, and customize TSP platform and OTA platform for customers.
