The Rubber and Plastic Seal Professional Branch of China Hydraulic and Pneumatic Seals Industry Association successfully held the General Election Work Conference and the 2023 Rubber and Plastic Seals Academic Annual Conference in Guangzhou on November 26-27. The event was hosted under the guidance of China Hydraulic and Pneumatic Seals Industry Association, and was strongly supported by Guangzhou Institute of Machinery Science and Anhui Zhongding Seals Co., Ltd.
At the general election work meeting of the rubber and plastic sealing professional branch of China Hydraulic and Pneumatic Seals Industry Association, Du Xudong, chairman of the board of directors, came to the venue and delivered an important speech. Secretary-General Zhao Manlin, the seventh president of the branch Ma Xiaopeng and other important guests also gathered together to witness the event. On behalf of the branch, Ma Xiaopeng extended a warm welcome to the leaders and guests, and thanked the general association for its long-term strong support to the branch. Zhao Manlin read out the general association's reply to the branch re-election plan, and conveyed the general association's approval opinions on the re-election of the meeting. Tong Hui, secretary general of the branch, and Tong Hui, manager of the general affairs department, made a detailed report on the work and financial situation of the seventh council, which was unanimously approved by the delegates after deliberation and voting. At the same time, the meeting reviewed the list of recommended voting guardians and tellers, and read out the proposal of the general association to vote on the candidates for the eighth council of the branch. Through on-site voting, the members of the 8th Council were successfully elected.
Subsequently, the first meeting of the eighth council of the branch was successfully held under the chairmanship of Chairman Wang Yong. Wang Yong said that under the leadership of the association, the branch will further strengthen cooperation and exchanges with member units, carry out more academic exchanges and training activities, and explore more development opportunities for member units. Delegates spoke one after another, put forward suggestions for the future development of the chapter, and emphasized the importance of industry dynamics and technological development. In his concluding speech, Du Xudong, chairman of the association, said that the association will continue to support the high-quality development of the branch, and looks forward to providing stronger support for the development of China's hydraulic and pneumatic sealing industry under the leadership of the new council.
The 2023 Rubber and Plastic Seal Academic Annual Conference is another highlight of this event. The team of experts is strong, including Huang Xing, a professor-level senior engineer of the National Rubber and Plastic Seal Engineering Technology Research Center, who made an in-depth special report on the latest research progress and technical achievements of the rubber and plastic sealing industry. The participants took photos and recorded them one after another, and actively spoke and exchanged, which provided an important opportunity for the technological progress and talent training of China's rubber and plastic sealing industry.
