When the 20,000-ton heavy-haul train of Daqin Railway passes through the high-speed camera, the system can capture more than 16,000 photos. How can we quickly and accurately find the fault point from so many **, so as to improve the efficiency of vehicle inspection operations??
Reporter Wang Xi: Now in the main control room, we have also found a set of such a system, called the intelligent identification system for train fault points. The location marked in red shows the point of failure that occurred on this train. The staff told me that in the past, after the real-time capture of these high-speed cameras was transmitted back to the main control room, it was necessary to manually compare and find the fault points through the staff, but now as long as the relevant parameters are set into the system, the system will automatically identify the fault points. In the past, it took more than two hours to check the fault point of a 210-car train, but now it takes less than 15 minutes to complete.
