What is GH3039 superalloy?

GH3039 superalloy is mainly used in the manufacture of combustion chambers and afterburner parts of aero engines. Afterburner components are a key component in aero engines, whose function is to increase combustion efficiency and thrust in the combustion chamber. These components often require high strength and durability in high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-load environments.

Thermal Strength:GH3039 exhibits moderate thermal strength below 800 and is suitable for high temperature environments.

Resistance to heat and cold fatigue:It exhibits good resistance to cold and heat fatigue and is able to maintain its strength under cyclic temperature changes.

Antioxidant Properties:Below 1000, it has excellent oxidation resistance and protects parts from high-temperature oxidation.

Cold forming and welding performance:It has good cold forming and welding properties, making it easier to process and assemble during the manufacturing process.

Comply with GB T14992 classification and grade of high-temperature materials for superalloys and intermetallic compounds, as well as other relevant standards such as GB T 15062, GJB 1952A, etc.

The smelting process of GH3039 adopts electric arc furnace, electric arc furnace + electroslag remelting, electric arc furnace + vacuum self-consumable remelting and other methods to ensure that the composition and purity of the alloy meet the standard requirements and ensure the high quality of the material.
