A minimalist kitchen that has been collected by thousands of people, and what secrets are hidden in the bathroom. Modern minimalist kitchen and bathroom of second-hand housing.
Thousands of people collected notes, what did I do right?Figure 2-5 shows the comparison between before and after the transformation.
The first is the material.
I remember that many soft decoration designers say that making good use of a variety of materials will make the interior more complete and rich. But the bathroom and kitchen are actually much simpler. Because they can use nothing more than these: stone, slate, wood, metal, glass. There are also some new types of materials. It's nowhere near as cluttered as the living room and bedroom.
Among them, I think that glass, especially large pieces of glass, will be the soul of the kitchen and bathroom.
To make good use of glass, as well as the black matte thin narrow frame that wraps the glass, like minimalist style, believe me, the black extremely narrow lines will definitely buckle your aesthetic and your heart.
The second is color.
There are no more than three colors in my house. Black beige gray.
The black color is divided into glossy black and matte black.
Unless I have to, I usually choose a textured matte metallic black.
Compared to other dark colors, black is the best to control.
The sense of luxury of black is also incomparable to other colors. But in the bathroom and kitchen, I don't like to use black in large areas, and the light strokes are just right.
Beige colors include white, beige, light apricot or light skin tones.
I love beige. It's like white with a layer of tulle on top, soft and delicate.
A large area of beige soft light tiles will bring a "dust-free feeling" to the space. It's a great way to elevate the style of your space.
Grey. Including a variety of shades of ash. as well as different gray and cold.
Gray is a very versatile color, and it can be blended into any color as a competent supporting role.
Although there is a large area of gray, it will not steal the edge of other colors. But I personally don't recommend novices to use large areas of gray bricks to pave the kitchen and bathroom, unless they are experts.
