In the structured interview, there is a type of question called comprehensive analysis questions, in my personal opinion, this type of question is the most test of the candidate's ability, but also the most challenging and fun question, there is a feeling of solving geometry problems. Generally speaking, the ability of comprehensive analysis is to be able to analyze problems from the perspective of the whole (overall situation), to analyze problems from different small individuals, and to grasp the relationship between individuals and the whole to analyze problems.

When you analyze a proposition involving the country, the overall situation here can rise to the state or society, and when you analyze a proposition involving a unit, the overall situation here is a collective, that is, your unit, and the whole is composed of small individuals one by one.

Therefore, the individual is often more specific, we can roughly take a look, under the different wholes, there are different ranges of individuals, such as under the country, the so-called individuals, there are provinces, regions, units, departments, grass-roots party organizations, individuals, etc., and for example, a party branch, the individual is mainly the individual party member, and the whole can be the party branch of the collective, of course, it can also rise to the party committee, party group, etc. When we analyze a problem, whether we stand high or not directly determines the level of the overall situation in our minds. I have a suggestion, when we analyze any problem, we can use the whole plus individual analysis method, we also call it the subject method, the analysis of each problem as much as possible to analyze the individual problems, causes and solutions; We should also try our best to analyze the problems, causes and solutions of the collective, national or social aspects, so that you can have a higher point of view, analyze the reasons more profoundly, put forward countermeasures more practically, and achieve the effect of the unity of macro guidance and micro application, which is also a high standard for evaluating a candidate's comprehensive analysis ability.

In short, to evaluate a candidate's comprehensive analysis ability, the main thing is to see whether the overall situation he considers is high, and the individuals he considers are not comprehensive, so as to widen the gap with other candidates.
