The senior professional title qualification evaluation committee shall be approved by the provincial (ministerial) level personnel title department, the intermediate title qualification evaluation committee shall be approved by the municipal (department) level personnel title department, and the junior title qualification evaluation committee shall be approved by the county (department) level personnel title department. In the third step, the daily management department of the jury organizes the judges to conduct the first and second level reviews in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
The fourth step, the daily management department of the jury seals the original review materials such as the evaluation form, counts the evaluation results, and reports the evaluation results to the corresponding personnel title department within the specified time limit.
