The main structure masonry is one floor (the foundation masonry can be counted as one floor);When the masonry of the infill wall is small, multiple floors can be combined.
Excerpt 2:
General provisions.
This chapter is applicable to masonry projects such as sintered ordinary bricks, sintered perforated bricks, concrete perforated bricks, concrete solid bricks, autoclaved lime sand bricks, and autoclaved fly ash bricks.
The bricks used for the surface of clear water walls and columns should have neat corners and uniform color.
When masonry masonry, the product age of concrete perforated bricks, concrete solid bricks, autoclaved lime sand bricks, autoclaved fly ash bricks and other blocks should not be less than 28d.
In areas with frost heave environment and conditions, perforated bricks should not be used for masonry below the ground or below the moisture barrier.
Different varieties of bricks should not be mixed on the same floor.
When building sintered ordinary bricks, sintered perforated bricks, autoclaved lime sand bricks, and autoclaved fly ash brick masonry, the bricks should be moderately moistened 2d in advance, and it is strictly forbidden to use dry bricks or bricks in a saturated state of water absorption, and the wetness of the block should meet the following requirements:
The relative moisture content of sintered blocks is 60% 70%;
Concrete perforated bricks and concrete solid bricks do not need to be watered and moistened, but in the case of dry and hot climate, it is advisable to spray water to moisten them before masonry. The relative moisture content of other non-sintered blocks is 40% to 50%.
The masonry is built by the grouting method, and the length of the grouting shall not exceed 750mm;When the temperature exceeds 30 during construction, the length of slurry shall not exceed 500mm.
The top brick of each layer of the 240mm thick load-bearing wall, the horizontal surface of the brick masonry platform and the outer skin brick of the extrusion layer should be built in whole bricks.
The ash joints of arc arch and flat arch lintels should be built into wedge-shaped joints, and the width of the ash joints at the bottom of the arch should not be less than 5mm;The width of the arch ash joint should not be greater than 15mm, and the longitudinal and transverse ash joints of the arch should be filled with mortar;The bottom of the arch foot of the flat arch beam should be not less than 20mm in the wallThe bottom of the brick flat arch lintel should have 1 arch.
When the template at the bottom of the brick lintel and its bracket are removed, the mortar strength of the mortar should not be less than 75 of the design strength.
The holes of perforated bricks should be built perpendicular to the compression surface. The bottom cover of semi-blind perforated bricks should be masonry facing upwards.
Vertical ash seams should not appear blind, transparent and false seams.
When the brick masonry is repaired at the temporary break, the surface of the joint must be cleaned, sprinkled with water and moistened, and filled with mortar to keep the ash joint straight.
The masonry of the sandwich composite wall shall comply with the following provisions:
When the wall is masonry, measures should be taken to prevent mortar and debris from falling in the cavity;
The setting of the tie piece should meet the design requirements, and the shelving length of the tie piece on the leaf wall should not be less than 2 3 of the thickness of the leaf wall, and should not be less than 60mm;
The variety and performance of insulation materials should meet the design requirements. The pouring pressure of the insulation material should not adversely affect the strength, deformation and appearance quality of the masonry.
Master project.
The strength grade of bricks and mortar must meet the design requirements.
Number of sampling:Each manufacturer, sintered ordinary bricks, concrete solid bricks per 150,000, sintered porous bricks, concrete perforated bricks, autoclaved lime sand bricks and autoclaved fly ash bricks per 100,000 pieces for each acceptance batch, less than the above quantity according to 1 batch, sampling number for 1 group. The sampling quantity of the mortar test block shall be subject to Article 4 of this specification0.12.
Test Method:Check the brick and mortar test block test report.
The mortar mortar of masonry joints should be dense and full, and the mortar fullness of the horizontal mortar joints of brick walls shall not be less than 80;The fullness of horizontal ash joints and vertical ash joints of brick columns shall not be less than 90%.
Number of sampling:There should be no less than 5 random inspections in each inspection batch.
Test Method:Use a 100-grid grid to check the area of the bonding mark between the bottom surface of the brick and the mortar. 3 bricks were tested at each place and the average value was taken.
The corners and junctions of brick masonry should be masonry at the same time, and it is strictly forbidden to separate the internal and external walls without reliable measures. In the area where the seismic fortification intensity is 8 degrees and above, the temporary time break that cannot be masonry at the same time and must be left should be obliquely rubbed, and the horizontal projection length of ordinary brick masonry should not be less than 2 3 of the height, and the length of the oblique height ratio of porous brick masonry should not be less than 1 2. The height of the ramp must not exceed the height of the step scaffolding.
Number of sampling:There should be no less than 5 random inspections in each inspection batch.
Test Method:Observational examination.
Non-seismic fortification and seismic fortification intensity of 6 degrees, 7 degrees of the area of the temporary time break, when can not be left oblique rubbing, except for the corner, can be left straight rubbing, but the straight rubbing must be made into a convex rubbing, and should be added to the tie reinforcement, tie reinforcement should comply with the following provisions:
Place 1 6 Rachel reinforcement per 120mm wall thickness (120mm thick wall should be placed 2 6 Rachel reinforcement);
The height of the spacing along the wall should not exceed 500mm;And the vertical spacing deviation should not exceed 100mm;
The buried length should not be less than 500mm on each side from the remaining rubbing place, and it should not be less than 1000mm in areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 6 degrees and 7 degrees
There should be a 90° hook at the end (Figure 5.)2.4)。
Number of sampling:There should be no less than 5 random inspections in each inspection batch.
Test Method:Observation and measurement checks.
General items.
The brick masonry assembly method should be correct, the inside and outside are erected, and the upper and lower joints are staggered. There is no through joint between the clear water wall and the window wall;There shall be no through joints with a length greater than 300mm in the mixed wall, and no more than 3 through joints with a length of 200mm and 300mm each, and shall not be located on the same wall. Brick columns shall not be made of the core masonry method.
Number of sampling:There should be no less than 5 random inspections in each inspection batch.
Test Method:Observational examination. The masonry assembly method sampling inspection should be 3m 5m in each place.
The thickness of the horizontal ash joint and the width of the vertical ash joint should be 10mm, but should not be less than 8mm and should not be greater than 12mm.
Number of sampling:There should be no less than 5 random inspections in each inspection batch.
Test Method:The thickness of the horizontal mortar joint is converted by measuring the height of the brick masonry with a ruler of 10. The width of the vertical mortar joint is converted by measuring the length of the masonry by measuring 2m.
The allowable deviation and inspection of the size and position of the brick masonry should be in accordance with Table 53.Provisions of 3:
