Technical requirements for bimetallic composite wear resistant elbows

Mondo Technology Updated on 2024-01-31

The technical requirements for the parameters of bimetallic composite wear-resistant elbows are as follows:

1. The wear-resistant elbow is used for transporting gas pulverized coal mixture in power plant pulverized coal pipelines.

2. Specifications and quantity: 6 pieces, with an angle of 45° (mainly actual measurements).

3. Material: bimetallic composite wear-resistant elbow.

The thickness of the outer tube material Q345 (16Mn) shall not be less than 12mm. The thickness of the wear-resistant layer of the inner lining material kmtbcr28 elbow wear-resistant layer, the inner arc is not less than 25mm, and the outer arc is not less than 35mm. In addition, the elbow inlet is 200mm long, and the outlet is 400mm long lined with wear-resistant layer transition pipe section, and the lining thickness is not less than 25mm, and the material is the same as that of the elbow. The specific chemical composition is as follows:

4. Operating temperature: 135 (design coal type) 72 (check coal type) Special case 350

5. Design pressure: 035mpa

6. Operating medium: gas pulverized coal mixture, pulverized coal abrasiveness: strong, maximum flow velocity of gas-solid two-phase flow: 28m s

7. The size of the connected pipeline: 450 10 mm, the wind-coal ratio: 16~2kg/kg

8. Material grade of wear-resistant elbow: kmtbcr28, wear-resistant elbow material: bimetallic composite, wear-resistant elbow hardness: HRC 58, welding section material: 10, minimum inner diameter of wear-resistant section (mm): 460mm, elbow wear-resistant layer thickness and deviation (mm): inner arc 25mm, outer arc 35mm, elbow inlet plus 200mm long, outlet plus 400mm long, lined wear-resistant layer transition pipe section, lining thickness not less than 25mm, material and elbow consistent, deviation 1mm.

9. Wear rate of wear layer of elbow (mm y): 12 mm y, wear-resistant elbow design should ensure reliable operation without damage in the event of a short-term overtemperature (temperature 350, duration of half an hour).
