Recently, the "Unloved Hut Blue E Station" located in Ele.me's Shanghai headquarters was officially launched, which is the eighth public welfare space serving the mental health of minors in Putuo District.
In June this year, Ele.me and Leyang Public Welfare launched the construction of the "Unloved Hut Blue E Station", and the two sides plan to carry out in-depth pilot projects in Putuo District, focusing on the psychological care of minors in the community, exploring a new model of community-based children's mental health services, and popularizing professional services for child care and family parent-child education. The project not only transforms and upgrades the functions of the Ele.me Rider Station, but also embraces the power of ecology and integrates resources from all parties, and has built 8 public service spaces with different characteristics, covering Changfeng, Caoyang, Changzheng, Changshou, Ganquan, Taopu, Wanli and other street communities.
For example, the Putuo Civil Affairs Station, located in Changshou Road Street, focuses on caring for children in difficulty, and positive centripetal energy training camps will be held regularly in the spaceThe 661 station located in Wanli Street focuses on one-on-one counseling, and there will be professional psychological teachers on weekdays to arrange shifts to provide in-depth services for parent-child familiesThe Caoyang Station in Caoyang Xincun Street is a place to hold community activities and large-scale seminars, and at the same time carries the functions of seed teacher training and art therapy research and development. The newly listed Kintetsu Station in Changfeng Xincun Street is located in the local life exhibition hall of Ele.me headquarters, and will focus on providing public welfare services for new employment groups and their children, including summer camps and career experiences.
In addition to the offline site mode, the project also builds an online digital service platform through the scientific and technological power provided by ecological partners, and connects it with the digital smart screen terminals at each exhibition site, truly realizing the deep connection between home, school and community, and all parties can initiate or register activities on the digital platform. Bai Li, chairman of Leyang Public Welfare Board, believes that digital construction has greatly shortened the distance between public welfare organizations and parent-child families, "We can have a deeper understanding of the needs of minors and parents, and we can also follow up our public welfare services in a more timely manner." Recently, based on the feedback from parents, Leyang Public Welfare has created an online cloud classroom for parents around some common psychological problems of minors. Professional psychology teachers will share practical and specific "strategies" to solve the pain points of communication with children for "mothers" and "fathers".
In addition, based on the advantages of public welfare on the Ele.me platform, the "Unloved Cottage" was included in the "Caring Merchant" project, and the transaction donation model was used to help the project. After the merchant chooses to donate in the background, each order will generate a donation that will be collected into the public welfare cause of caring for children's mental health. As of now, there have been more than 130,000 merchants raised more than 230,000 yuan for the "Unloved Cottage" project.
The person in charge of Ele.me Public Welfare said: "Behind every service case of the 'Unloved Hut' is a family that has been comforted. We will continue to rely on our digital capabilities to improve the depth and breadth of our services together with Leyang Charity, and bring the care and support for minors to more families in the community. ”
