China's ability to catapult carrier-based aircraft with conventionally powered aircraft carriers is a sign that China is setting a new standard. The Type 055 destroyer's "fire-burn" combined power system, J-20's high-thrust-to-weight ratio small bypass ratio turbofan engine, and new-generation electromagnetic catapult system respectively represent the highest level of contemporary ship power system, aviation power system, and electromagnetic power system.
Although these equipment are slightly different in technology from similar equipment in other countries, there is no generational difference, and in some respects they are even ahead. These new-generation power equipment with completely independent intellectual property rights have given China an advantage over most countries in related technical fields, which has made China not only "catch up" to "catch up", but also become a standard-setter in such technical fields.
In the field of equipment, the pace of development will not stop because it has a larger aircraft carrier or more advanced fighters. The B-2 stealth strategic bomber in service in the United States is still in a blank state in China's ** equipment. The H-20 stealth strategic bomber is highly anticipated, and it is a powerful and indispensable piece of equipment for the Air Force.
