01 Work hard
On February 23, the new maintenance project of Shaanxi Zhi Co., Ltd. was approved by the Northwest Regional Administration of Civil Aviation, and for the first time, it obtained the maintenance of the new model Bell429 route, 1200 flight hours and 24 calendar months (inclusive) at all levels, airborne battery and cargo hook parts repair capabilities, and at the same time added the replacement and maintenance capabilities of Bell412 and Bell429 engine engines.
On July 4, Qinhan General Aviation obtained the CCAR-136 operation certificate issued by the Northwest Regional Administration of Civil Aviation, becoming the first general aviation enterprise in Shaanxi Province to obtain the CCAR-136 operation certificate.
On September 14, Bell officially authorized Shaanxi Co., Ltd. to be the first Bell 407*** authorized maintenance center (AMC) in China.
On October 31, Shaanxi Zhi Co., Ltd. obtained the approval of the Civil Aviation Northwest Regional Administration on the first machine painting project, marking the expansion of Shaanxi Co., Ltd.'s maintenance capacity from the maintenance of the body and parts to the new field of special operations.

On June 5, Qinhan General Aviation was awarded the title of "2022 Advanced Emergency Rescue Team" by Xi'an Emergency Management Bureau.
On June 8, Qinhan General Aviation was jointly awarded the honorary title of "Emergency Pioneer" by the Propaganda Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shaanxi Provincial Emergency Management Department.
On October 27, during the 4th Civil Aviation General Aviation Development Conference, Shaanxi Zhi Co., Ltd. and Qinhan General Aviation were awarded the 3rd "General Aviation Corporate Social Responsibility Award" respectively.
On November 30, the maintenance center of Shaanxi Zhi Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Shaanxi Province Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post".
03 Climb the peak
From March 23rd to 24th, Qinhan General Aviation conducted a performance test in the Hoh Xil section of the Yangtze River Source, which is the highest altitude in the Sanjiangyuan of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which verified the outstanding performance of the Bell 407 model in the comprehensive patrol of the Sanjiangyuan, known as the "Chinese Water Tower", and provided detailed data and actual flight support for serving the national park.
04 Integrity and innovation
On April 26, the "Advanced General Aviation Equipment R&D Center" led by Shaanxi Co., Ltd. and Northwestern Polytechnical University was certified as a demonstration platform of "Qin Chuangyuan Two-Chain Integration Accelerator" in Xi'an.
05 Take responsibility
On April 1, a forest fire broke out in the mountainous area of Dingxiang County, Shanxi Province, and the Qinhan General Aviation Emergency Rescue Team on regular duty in Shanxi Province was dispatched urgently, quickly rushed to the fire site, and successfully completed the fire control after nearly 8 hours of coordination with the ground rescue team.
On August 15, Qinhan General Aviation received a letter of thanks from the Inner Mongolia Daxinganling Aviation Forest Ranger Bureau, in which it expressed its gratitude to Qinhan General Aviation for participating in the forest fire fighting work in the Daxinganling forest area of Inner Mongolia for many times.
On October 29, the 2023 Xi'an Marathon was held in the main urban area of Xi'an.
On December 8, Qinhan General Aviation dispatched a Bell 412*** to carry out air rescue of an injured tourist in Sanqiaoyu, Taiping Village, Qinling Yiyi District, and successfully opened an air green rescue channel for the patient.
On December 18, 6Level 2**, Qinhan General Aviation dispatched 1 Bell 407*** to Jishishan County to provide aviation rescue force for earthquake rescue.
06 Ready to go
From February 28th to March 2nd, Qinhan General Aviation dispatched 2 aircraft to cooperate with the "Assembly-2023" Shaanxi Provincial Forest and Grassland Fire Fighting Cross-regional Practical Pull Comprehensive Drill sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Fighting Headquarters, Weinan City People's **, Shaanxi Provincial Emergency Management Department and other units.
On June 22, as the aviation emergency rescue team of Xinjiang Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Qinhan General Aviation dispatched one Bell 407 all-medical configuration to participate in the rescue emergency drill of the roof falling accident of Zhundong No. 2 Mine sponsored by the Management Committee of Xinjiang Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone.
On July 20, Qinhan General Aviation dispatched 3 Bell series aircraft to participate in the "Qinling Tempering Soldiers 2023" Shaanxi Province and Xi'an City Disaster Accident Emergency Rescue Joint Pull Drill jointly held by the people of Xi'an City and the Shaanxi Provincial Emergency Management Department in Xi'an Lake Scenic Area.
On July 30, Qinhan General Aviation gave full play to the advantages of fast response speed, strong maneuverability and wide rescue range to help the "Qinghai 2023" disaster comprehensive combat exercise.
07 People first
On April 18, the launching ceremony of Xi'an aeromedical ambulance was held in the Aerospace City Campus of Xi'an People's Hospital (Xi'an Fourth Hospital). At the ceremony, Qinhan General Aviation signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xi'an People's Hospital and Xi'an Emergency Center to reach a consensus on jointly promoting the application of emergency medical aid in Xi'an.
On November 24, sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial Health Commission, Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital and Qinhan General Aviation hosted the first Shaanxi Province aeromedical rescue and emergency medical rescue capacity improvement training course in Shaanxi Province Industrial Development Park, nearly 60 medical personnel from all over the province completed the three-day training.

On March 28, the establishment and first meeting of the Civil Aviation Safety Group (CHST) of China was held in Shaanxi Industrial Development Park.

On September 15, Shaanxi Zhi Co., Ltd. China Dragon Coating Bell 407*** made its debut at the Tianjin Direct Expo.
