Zeng Xianzhi: Female pioneers in the history of the Chinese revolution In the history of modern revolutionary wars in China, many women have contributed the same blood and sweat to the Chinese revolution, and are as brave and fearless as their male compatriots. However, it is regrettable that many female revolutionary comrades died on the battlefield early and were unable to witness the birth of New China with their own eyes.

However, the female comrade we are going to introduce today is the revolutionary predecessor of our party. Born into a prestigious family, she was educated at the Whampoa Military Academy, and experienced many periods of the Chinese Revolution, and even personally accompanied Mr. Soong Ching Ling to the Tiananmen Tower at the founding ceremony. She is Comrade Zeng Xianzhi. Zeng Xianzhi was born in January 1910 and is a native of Shuangfeng County, Hunan.

Her grandfather was Zeng Guoquan, the younger brother of Zeng Guofan, who was known as the "half saint", and Zeng Guofan was one of the four famous ministers of the late Qing Dynasty with a prominent family background. Growing up in such a family environment, Zeng Xianzhi has been exposed to it since he was a child, and he is destined to be extraordinary in the future. At the age of 6, she entered the local Gudaotian Normal Primary School Xi, and her Xi grades were outstanding.

Later, she was admitted to Hunan Provincial No. 1 Women's Normal School, and the principal was Xu Teli. However, at that time, the old China was torn apart and the people were struggling to make a living, and Zeng Xianzhi saw this situation firsthand and longed for change. In 1926, the Wuhan branch of the ** Military and Political School openly recruited female students.

With the support of the principal, Xu Teli, Zeng Xianzhi signed up for the exam and successfully passed it, becoming the first batch of female cadets of the Whampoa Military Academy. With Chiang Kai-shek's betrayal, Zeng Xianzhi chose to go to Guangzhou to participate in the Guangzhou Uprising, and after the defeat, he went to Hong Kong, and engaged in liaison work with overseas Chinese. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Zeng Xianzhi made great contributions to New China.

She was once husband and wife with Comrade ***, the founding marshal of our party, and her son, granddaughter, and grandson-in-law were all very outstanding talents, and they could be described as the descendants of outstanding revolutionaries. Zeng Xianzhi experienced many hardships during the revolutionary war.

In May 1929, she was unfortunately captured by the enemy, and although she was lucky to escape, on the way to study in Japan, she fell into the hands of the enemy again and suffered from Japanese militarism. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, Zeng Xianzhi mainly devoted himself to the women's movement and cooperated with many leaders of our party, including serving as the secretary of Comrade Deng Yingchao.

At the same time, her love life is also quite legendary: in 1928, she met *** and had feelings for them in their joint work, and finally came together and had a son, Ye Xuanning. On October 11, 1989, Zeng Xianzhi passed away at the age of 79, when she was the vice president of the All-China Women's Federation. It is worth mentioning that her son Ye Xuanning also has outstanding talents.

After graduation, he studied at Beijing Institute of Technology, and then worked in Shangrao Unlimited Electronics Factory, where he accidentally broke his arm, but still won a number of positions, including the director of the Liaison Department of the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army, the chairman and president of China Kaili Industry, and served as a major general.

And Ye Xuanning's daughter Ye Jingzi is also full of talent, and with her own ability, she founded Hong Kong Star Culture Group *** and served as the chairman. In addition, her husband, Wang Jingyang, the eldest grandson of the founding general, is an outstanding young talent in China's IT industry, and he is also the chairman of Beijing Zhangwang Technology Company.
