Although the wind is yang evil, it is the wind temperature when it is combined with the warm evil, which is yang evil;If it is combined with cold, it is wind cold, which is yin and evil.
What are the characteristics of the manifestation?The wind and cold attack table is the evidence of the sun, and the cloud of "Treatise on Typhoid Fever": "The sun is sick, the pulse is floating, and the head is strong and cold." Of course, sun sickness is divided into the superficial evidence of solar stroke and the superficial evidence of solar typhoid fever. Solar stroke has been discussed in the discussion of Guizhi decoction as a diaphoretic agent, and the focus here is on solar typhoid fever.

However, the evil wind and cold are not unique to the manifestation, and the white tiger soup proves that when the heat and sweat hurt the yang, the back can be slightly cold on the basis of the strong heat;Fire is depressed, yang is depressed but not up to the abominable cold;People who are deficient in yang can also be cold;Dongyuan's qi deficiency and thief fire are blazing inside, and it can also be seen that it is similar to the manifestation of external cold, so Dongyuan has the distinction of "Internal Injury and External Sense Discernment". Of course, these colds cannot be regarded as manifestations. The manifestation of the evil wind and cold must also have the following four characteristics:
First: Initial Sight. At the beginning of the syndrome, the earliest symptom is a chill. If in the course of the evolution of the disease, due to impotence injury or impotence, etc., the evil wind and cold that occurs in the middle of the disease are not manifested. The evil wind and cold that manifests it must be seen at the beginning.
Of course, the degree of the manifestation of the bad wind and cold can vary greatly. The heavy ones can shiver, the light ones feel a little restrained, or afraid of the wind in the gaps, or only have a slight chill on the back, and even some ignore it because the symptoms are mild and they don't care much. The duration of the cold can be less than half an hour for the shortest, and several days or dozens of days for the elderly.
Second: cold and hot together. Except for the hypothetical person's external feeling of cold and no fever, all those who are shown to be empirical are all cold and hot, and of course, the degree of heat can vary greatly.
It must be explained that the heat mentioned in traditional Chinese medicine is a specific pathological reaction, such as thirst, irritability, body heat, redness, stool knots or foul smell, red tongue, yellow tongue, and rapid pulse. The body temperature may or may not be high. In Western medicine, heat is the only sign of high body temperature. Although there is an overlap between the two performances, they should not be confused and equivalent. The reason why I explain this point is that it is often seen that the patient with high body temperature is a fever syndrome and cold medicine is used, which is easy to misdiagnose and mistreat. I have learned this lesson, so I have to explain it. Of course, external fever generally has varying degrees of elevated body temperature.
Third: Continuously. As long as the evidence is not removed, the cold will not be solved, so it is said that "there is a point of cold and a table", and the cold is always accompanied by the evidence. If the manifestation has been solved or passed on, the cold will no longer exist. It is common for patients with external symptoms to have chills, fever, and self-sweating alternating malaria. For example, malaria is not malaria, and malaria is characterized by cold and then heat, or hot but not cold, while the sun shows that cold and heat are seen together, so it is not malaria. But after all, the cold has not been resolved, so it is still a manifestation, such as the three small sweat methods of "Treatise on Typhoid Fever".
Although the Shaoyang certificate is cold and hot, the cold of the Shaoyang certificate is not a manifestation. The essence of the Shaoyang certificate is half-fiction and half-empirical. "Blood is weak and qi is exhausted", which is the half-deficient side of Shaoyang;"The intestines are opened, the evil qi is entered, and the righteous qi fights with the coercion", which is the semi-real side of the Shaoyang evidence, so the Shaoyang certificate is half-virtual and semi-positive. The main pivot of Shaoyang is the pivot of the Yang meridian, the pivot of Yin and Yang, the three Yang when it goes out, and the three Yin when it enters, and the Shaoyang is located at the junction of Yin and Yang, so the Shaoyang certificate is also a semi-yin and half yang certificate. The surface and the inside of the cloud here are the surface is yang, the inside is yin, and the half surface is half li, that is, half yin and half yang. As for the meaning of the cold and heat of the Shaoyang Certificate, it is not the evil cold of the manifestation of Yang Closure and Depression, but the evil knot under the coercion, which is the division of the Shaoyang Sutra. "Evil and righteousness are fighting" and the cold is evil. This cold is not a proof. Evil is not on the surface, but evil knots and less yang. If it is a manifestation, why is it less yang and no sweating?If Shaoyang fruit has a manifestation, why is there a certificate of too little chaihu guizhi soup with too few diseases?It can be seen that this cold is not a surface, half of the surface and half of the little yang, which is actually half yin and half yang.
Fourth: accompanied by other manifestations. At the same time, it is accompanied by fever, no sweating, head and body pain, etc., and other symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, cough, sore throat, nausea, etc., are probable symptoms. Not all of them.
The second characteristic of the sun's solidity is that the pulse is tight. Because the cold lord is condensed, and the blood is tightened. As for whether the pulse floats or not, it may not be, because the cold is yin and evil, its sex sinks, and the pulse not only does not float, but also sinks. Article 3 of the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever": "A person whose pulse is both yin and yang is called typhoid fever." "Here it is emphasized that the pulse of typhoid fever in the sun should be tight, and the pulse is not floating.
As long as one of the above four characteristics of wind chill is present, and there is a tight pulse, two of them can be diagnosed as a sign of solar typhoid fever. If fever, head and body pain, and no sweating are present, the conditions for diagnosing the sun's watch are more complete. Other contingent illnesses are not required.
I don't get tired of talking about the characteristics of the solar manifestation, one is that it is directly related to the clinical application of the diaphoretic method. The second is that misjudgment and mistreatment often occur in clinical practice, or it is confused with Western medicine or allergic rhinitis. It is common for patients to report that they have a cold, or to have frequent colds, and some of them have been taking cold medicine every day for three or five consecutive years, all because they have not been able to strictly grasp the diagnostic criteria of the sun. The two key points of this criterion are chills and tight pulses.
Those who are attacked by cold and evil should be treated with ephedra soup and its similar prescriptions, and sweat to dispel evil spirits.

Wetness is yin and evil, and it can also hurt the surface. For the lesions caused by dampness and evil, Xue Shengbai's "Damp Fever Chapter" is the most detailed, especially for the damp heat syndrome, which is extremely detailed.
The Xue family is as famous as the Ye family. Ye Shi created the Weiqiying blood syndrome differentiation system for warm and fever-like diseasesXue Shi created a theoretical system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of positive and changing situations for damp heat and thermogenesis. Xue and Ye are the founders of thermopathology. It is a pity that Xue's exposition of the theoretical system of positive and changing situations is not eye-catching enough, which is difficult to understand, so later generations rarely mention it, and almost annihilation, but regard Wu Jutong's three-focus syndrome differentiation as a syndrome differentiation and treatment system of damp-heat fever-like diseases.
Nowadays, the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of Jieyun Thermopathology is Ye's Weiqiying blood syndrome differentiation and Wu's Sanjiao syndrome differentiation, and Xue's positive situation and change syndrome differentiation system is not even mentioned, as if everyone in the world knows that there is Li Gongzi, but they don't know that there is Li Chuangwang. In fact, Wu Jiao's three-focal syndrome differentiation is not a complete system of syndrome differentiation and governance. The reasons are detailed in the humble book "Seeking Warm Illness", which will not be repeated.

"Warm illness is the same disease ...... less yin and sunLess yin is not hidden, the wood fire is burnt inside, the wind evil attacks outside, and the surface and the inside are corresponding, so it is a warm disease. "Dampness and heat syndrome is the first internal dampness, which is easy to attract external dampness. As Xue Shi said: "Dampness and heat syndrome, the beginning of the cold, but the heat is not cold, sweating, chest ruffian, tongue white, thirst does not drink." In the note, it is said: "Those who start to be cold, the yang is damp and cold, and it is not the cold that is hurt by the cold." "However, the surface of the cloud is the surface of the yin and yang, and the limbs of the surface of the yin are also;The muscles of the sun are also in the chest. ”
The damp evil injury table, Xue's is divided into two types: yin and damp injury table and yang damp injury table.
Article 2 of the "Damp Fever Chapter" is the yin and dampness injury table, saying: "Damp heat syndrome, cold and no sweating, heavy headache, dampness on the surface, should be the smell of Huoxiang, Xiangzhi, Qianghuo, Atractylodes bark, mint, burdock and so on." "Xue's list of medicines, there is no prescription name, the intention is to list a number of drugs, show people the law, clinical evidence can be flexibly added or subtracted. For the convenience of application, the author calls it the Yin Dampness Injury Table.
Yin and dampness, that is, dampness has not turned into heat, and it is close to cold and dampness. Cold and damp depression suppress the surface and cold without sweating, head and body pain is heavy, the pulse is heavy and wet, or the strings are wet or slow, the moss is white or white greasy, and the symptoms are chest ruffian. Manifestations with the above characteristics are referred to as dampness injuries. Bad cold without sweat, head and body pain, and tight pulse are the manifestations of cold and evil attacks;Body weight, chest ruffian, pulse, pale or greasy are signs of dampness. Therefore, the yin and evil injury table is actually a combination of cold and dampness. Treat the cold and dissolve the dampness.
Xue's Yin and Dampness Injury Table, Xiangzhi, Qianghuo, Atractylodes Peel, Huoxiang, all disperse cold and dissolve dampness;Peppermint, burdock vent through the table. "Jin Kui Yao": "The wet family is in pain, and it is appropriate to sweat with ephedra and jiashu soup." "After taking it," it was covered with a slight sweat. "The sick person is full of pain, fever, and the sun is the drama, and the name is rheumatism. This disease is caused by sweating when the wind, or long-term injury is caused by cold, can be given ephedra almond coix licorice soup. ”
Warm, slightly sweaty, sheltered from the wind. "Others, such as Qiang Huosheng Wet Soup, Huoxiang Zhengqi Dispersion, Ten Divine Soup, Xiangzhi Drink, Shenshu San, etc., can also be used as appropriate. The dampness is on the surface, and the law is solved when sweating, only slightly sweating, not heavy sweating. Zhong Jingyun: "Those who sweat a lot, but the wind is gone, the moisture is there, so it doesn't heal." If you treat rheumatism, but slightly like sweating, rheumatism will also disappear. "Those who are slightly like sweating are also sweating.
Article 3 of the "Damp Fever Chapter" is the table of yang and dampness, that is, dampness has the potential to turn heat, as opposed to yin and dampness that has not turned heat. Said: "Damp heat syndrome, cold and fever, heavy joint pain, wet in the muscles, not sweating, should be talc, soybean yellow roll, poria cocos skin, atractylodes bark, Huoxiang leaves, fresh lotus leaves, white grass, bellflower and other flavors. Those who don't hate the cold, go to the atractylodes skin. Zizhuyun: "This article is the same as the previous article, but the sweat is unique, and the joints are more painful, which is the first violation of the damp evil." And those who clear the heat of the stomach do not want the heat of dampness and evil to be steamed, but want the dampness of evil to penetrate down and go to the ears. This is the time of the sun's dampness injury. There is no name for this article, and the author calls it the impotence injury prescription.
Wet injury on the surface, naturally different from typhoid fever sun table evidence. The sun of typhoid fever is real, because the sun is the main body, the wind and cold will enter from the surface, and the cold will curb Weiyang, so the cold and fever, no sweat, head and body pain, and tight pulse, when the temperature is sweating, it is relieved. Dampness is a combination of internal and external evil, and there is internal dampness first, which causes external dampness and wet viscosity, so it is different from typhoid fever and cold sweating. If sweating profusely, the dampness will not be removed, when the aromatization infiltrates the internal dampness, and the Xin disperses the external dampness, the surface and the inside are combined, and the person who is slightly like sweating will be gone.
3. Yin and evil attack muscles, meridians, muscles and bones
The surface of the human body does not only refer to the skin, but also to different shades. "The Evil Guest": "There is yin and yang inside, and there is also yin and yang outside." In the inner case, the five internal organs are yin, and the six internal organs are yang;Outside, the muscles and bones are yin, and ** is yang. It can be seen that there is yin and yang in the human body, and there are different levels of shallow and deep yin and yang outside the human body. The outer layer of the human body can be roughly divided into six levels: fur, muscles, meridians, blood vessels, tendons, and bones.
Evil attack muscle epidermal hair, causing chills, fever, no sweating, pain and other manifestations, mainly for the cold evil, or cold sandwich wind and external attack, when the Xin Wen sweating, the main ephedra soup prescription. If the sun is weak, the main recipe is cinnamon branch soup. If the evil attack on the muscles, if it is due to dampness, it is mainly manifested as the scabness, heaviness, swelling, and stiffness of the muscles and limbs, and can be accompanied by chills, fever, pain, self-sweating, chest ruffian, and head wrapping. Due to the external attack of dampness, there is internal dampness first, and it is easy to attract external dampness. The main muscles of the stomach and the main limbs of the spleen are the witnesses of the muscles and limbs. Fadang dissolves the dampness table, making it sweat slightly, and the rheumatism is gone.
If the wind guest muscles, that is, the sun stroke, see sweating and chills, fever and headache, and slow pulse, the main guizhi soup is used to relieve muscle sweating. Guizhi soup does not explain the sweating of the surface, but the sweating of the muscles, because the stroke in the sun is really a virtual person's external feeling, first there is a lack of righteousness, and then it is affected by the wind and the evil outside. Because of its positive and void, external evil can go straight to the second layer of the surface, that is, the muscles, without passing through the first layer of the surface, and the sun surface deficiency appears. If the yin and evil guests are in the third layer of the surface, the meridians and blood vessels are blocked, and if they are not passed, they will be painful, and the cold pain along the meridians and blood vessels can be accompanied by stiffness, numbness, scabness, susceptibility, impotence, etc., when the Xin Wen sweats through the meridians, or adds the products of Yang and blood activation.
Article 4 of Xue Shengbai's "Damp Fever Disease": "Damp heat syndrome, three or four days that is, the mouth is silenced, the limbs are traction and urgency, and even the angular arch is reversed, this damp heat invades the meridians and veins and tunnels, and it is advisable to fresh Dilong, Qinjiang, clematis, talc, Xanthus, loofah, sea breeze vine, wine fried Coptis chinensis and other flavors." "This is the meridian that invades the surface, but not on the first and second layers of the surface, but on the third and fourth layers.
Dampness in the meridians, the meridians are blocked and can be cold and painful, scably, heavy, scab, cramped, stiff, impotent, etc. Xue did not list symptoms such as heaviness, pain and swelling, stiffness and numbness, and dysphoria, but spoke alone into spasms. Dampness invades the meridians, and the qi and blood are blocked. Spasm is the disease of tendons, the softness of tendons, the warmth of yang energy, and the moistness of yin and blood. Today, the dampness invades the meridians and veins, the qi and blood are blocked, and the tendons are not warmed, so they are anxious and spasmodic. Although spasms are different from stiffness, swelling, and impotence, they all need to be damp and clear the wind. If the evil attacks the muscles and bones, the muscles and bones are cold and painful, and can be accompanied by activity disorders, sensory disorders, and qi and blood circulation disorders. The reason why the evil qi can penetrate deep into the fifth and sixth layers of the surface is because of the good and the void, and the evil can go deep.
External evil objects on the surface of the body, no matter whether their level is deep or shallow, new or long, as long as there are external evils, they must always be exorcized, so the sweat method is applicable. When applying the sweat method, those who have good and false must be corrected, and those who have both evil must coordinate their evil and evil. If the yang evil is the guest and the yin evil is attacked, then when the yang evil is dispelled, the yin evil is dispersed. If the heat is both cold and cold, the heat should be cleared and the cold should be dispersed;Those who are dry and cold should be moistened and dissipated cold;The fiery and cold people, commonly known as the cold package fire, when the cold is dispersed, the fire is hot;If the qi machine is against chaos and the yin and evil are attacked, the qi should be adjusted to disperse the cold. If the endogenous phlegm drinks, blood stasis and external attacks of yin and evil, then the blood is invigorated to cleanse the phlegm and dissipate the cold. Considering all the evidence, it is necessary to weigh the priorities and take appropriate measures.

Yin and evil attack outside, can attack on the surface, can also attack inside. Yin and evil include cold and dampness, or wind and wind, and rheumatism. Because it is in harmony with yin and evil, its sex is from yin. Yin and evil attack mainly refer to cold evil. Dampness is centered on the spleen and stomach, yang dampness is attributed to the stomach, and yin dampness is attributed to the spleen. In the damp evil attack, the spleen, stomach and six intestines are mainly affected. In the cold evil attack, the six internal organs and five internal organs can be visited, which is far more widespread and common than the wet evil. For those who are damp and evil, the main treatment is to dissolve dampness, or strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness, or dilute osmosis and dampness, or clear away heat and dampness, or bitterness and dampness, or wind medicine to win dampness, etc. At this time, the use of wind medicine is no longer about sweating, but about raising the hair and clearing the yang. The spleen is healthy when it rises, and the spleen can dissolve dampness. Therefore, in the attack of yin and evil discussed here, the main discussion is about those who are attacked by cold evil.
In the attack of cold and evil, there are two ways: one is to transmit changes, from the surface to the inside, and gradually form the cold syndrome;"Su Wen Miao Thorn Theory": "The guest of the husband and evil is in the form, and he must first give up the fur;Stay but not go, and settle in Sun Luo;Stay but not go, and settle in the vein;Stay but do not go, into the meridians, connected to the five organs, scattered in the stomach, yin and yang, the five organs are injured. This evil enters from the skin, and it is the second of the five internal organs. This is the gradual transmission of cold evil from the surface to the inside.
Another way is for the cold evil to go straight to the three yin and six internal organs. The reason why the cold evil can enter directly without appearance is because of the good and the false. "Su Wen: Commenting on Fever" said: "Where evil is gathered, its qi will be deficient, and if yin is deficient, yang will be made up." "By extension, it can be seen that those who are deficient in yang, yin will make up. Yang qi is deficient, and cold evil can go straight in, and which organ is yang deficiency, cold evil will go straight into which viscera. Due to the different locations of the patients, the clinical manifestations are also quite complex.
For those who have a cold heart, you can see heartache, breath holding, palpitations, shock, panting, bruising lips and tongue, dark tongue, etc.;If the cold is in the liver, it will have chest and flank pain, dizziness pain, convulsions, vaginal pain, etc.;The stomach and intestines of the cold are vomited and do not eat, and the stomach is distended and painfulIn the lungs, the cold guest coughs and wheezing, cannot lie down, has difficulty breathing, and sputum and saliva surge;If the cold is in the kidneys, the cold and the limbs are convulsive, but the desire to sleep, edema, yin pain, low back pain, knee weakness, and two stools are unfavorable.
Since the cold evil enters the body, it is dry in the internal organs, damaging the yang qi, blocking the qi and blood, and the road to rise and fall is blocked, the top priority is to drive away the evil spirits and go out. Therefore, those who enter the cold and evil should be relieved by sweat. Even if it is a chronic illness for many years, those who lie in the cold and cold should sweat decisively, not limited by time. When sweating, it is also necessary to take into account both righteousness and evil. It must be emphasized here that the cold that is cured by the Khan method here is the guest cold, not the endogenous cold of yang deficiency and yin victory. In clinical practice, any Western medicine diagnosis of cough and asthma, obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension, coronary heart disease, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disease, Sjögren's syndrome, stroke, rheumatoid, etc., as long as it has the three characteristics of pulse spasm, cold and pain, the diaphoretic method can be used, and it is not bound by Western medical diagnosis.

The cold evil can be used by outsiders, and even drive straight into the viscera, all because of the positive deficiency. Of course, the degree of positive and false is different.
