Since I started learning taekwondo, my life has changed a lot. In this article, I would like to share my feelings and gains from learning taekwondo.
First of all, the process of learning taekwondo is full of challenges and hardships. When I first started, I was often frustrated by irregular movements or lack of strength. Moreover, taekwondo requires a lot of coordination and flexibility of the body, which is a huge challenge for me. However, it was these challenges that strengthened my resolve and gave me a deeper understanding of the spirit of Taekwondo.
Secondly, learning taekwondo has given me confidence and strength. Every time I succeed in a move, every time I win a match, it makes me more confident and determined. This self-confidence is not only reflected in taekwondo, but also affects my performance in daily life and work. At the same time, Taekwondo also gave me the strength of my body, which made me healthier and stronger.
In addition, learning taekwondo has also allowed me to make many like-minded friends. We train together, we play together, we grow together, and we have built a strong friendship with each other. This friendship not only made me love the sport of taekwondo even more, but also enriched my social life.
Finally, learning taekwondo has made me more aware of my potential and abilities. Every time I face challenges and difficulties, I try my best to overcome them and surpass myself. This process has strengthened my conviction that as long as I work hard and persevere, there is nothing I can't do.
Overall, learning taekwondo has brought me many valuable gains and feelings. Not only did it make me healthier, more confident and stronger, but it also allowed me to make a lot of good friends and learn about my potential and abilities. I believe that Taekwondo will continue to accompany me in my growth and progress in the days to come.
