In Wangzhuang Village, 36 people like Chen Guoqing have joined the villagers' self-management committee, and when the village is busy farming, the village pays dozens of yuan a day for living allowances, and in their words, they can earn money by working for themselves.
In order to increase the added value of agricultural products, the village made the harvested sweet potatoes into flour, and the villagers processed them into vermicelli by themselves, and signed supply and marketing agreements with Pingmei Shenma Group, Sanlian Group and other enterprises to increase farmers' income while ensuring the safety of the table. 
This year, we have planted more than 500 acres of sweet potatoes, and the output is expected to reach more than 4 million catties. We deep process sweet potatoes into vermicelli, which is expected to increase our income by nearly 2 million yuan compared with selling sweet potatoes. Chen Guochang, secretary of the Party branch of Wangzhuang Village, Gaoxian Township, Taikang County, said.
Up to now, all 1,820 acres of cultivated land in Wangzhuang Village have been intensively managed, and the village has implemented a unified harvest, unified seed purchase, unified fertilization, unified grain sales, and unified planting mode, so as to increase the income of villagers and stimulate new momentum for strengthening the village and enriching the people.
